“If you're in Pasco, not a bad place to stay”
Overall, the stay was fine. We only stayed one night, and it was easy to check-in and out and the hotel had the fold out couch we needed for our toddler plus was right around the corner from our family that we were visiting. It was a bit pricey, though, and the continental breakfast was not worth eating, something we have found to be true of all Holiday Inn Expresses.
“Very nice with just a few minor annoyances”
Easy to find, convenient to the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable. Not exactly soundproof-we could hear everyone as they walked down the hall. The coffee in the room was awful, but then it usually is and there is better coffee available in the breakfast area so that was something we could deal with. Pool and hot tub area was clean and the hot tub was nice and hot (which I find is not always the case at hotels) so that was nice. The breakfast was really quite good. Lots of variety-pretty good biscuits and gravy!-but the breakfast area is in the lobby so there are people coming and going and the automatic door was really noisy. That was a minor annoyance. All in all, I'd stay here again.
“Pasco, WA”
The hotel was very nice, asthetically pleasing, the staff was fun and knowledgeable. I would stay at this hotel again.
“The hotel was walking distance to Gesa Stadium, which was the purpose of my visit, to watch baseball”
Made my reservation online not knowing a whole lot about the hotel I would be staying at. I was extremely happy with it. Not only was it clean and the service was excellent, with a great breakfast buffet, the hotel was walking distance to Gesa Stadium, which was the purpose of my visit, to watch my son play baseball. The restaurants and stores were very conveniently located, actually within walking distance. Couldn't get over the cleanliness of the area. It was a great stay. Highly recommended!
“Very Convenient and comfortable”
We were in town for a barrel racing competition, which was conveniently located right next door. The hotel was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was enormous! Having a microwave and fridge in the room was great. The breakfast was an actual breakfast rather than a continental breakfast. Allegedly free, but of course included in the price of the room. Just the same, don't miss it. Other food options are nearby as well, with a very good range of choices...something for everyone. If I ever need to go back to Pasco this hotel is definately going to be my number one choice.
“Pasco's Best”
This was a very beautiful, well appointed hotel for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable when helping us decide which floor we should choose for our room (we actually had choices!!) The included buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever enjoyed anywhere. We used the laundry facilities at the hotel and were satisfied with them, but they could use one more washer and dryer. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and we were the only ones I saw using it the whole time we were there, but we had a great time. We stayed in the Queen Suite, and would recommend that room to anyone with 4 or 5 people. Very comfortable room and beds, but next time I'd bring my own pillow (kinda picky about pillows!) There is nothing I can say bad about our stay, except the crazy winds, but I guess Holiday Inn has no control over that!! ;)
“Nicer than expected”
The room was equipped with accesible bathroom-The room was much larger than I expected. I believe this was an exucutive suite. All was clean, and it was a fine hotel. No complaints.
“Better than expected.”
This hotel was very clean and the front desk very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was what is expected from a buffet. Easy to find and good access to highways.
“Extremely convenient”
You can walk to the nearby soccer fields if your children are playing in a tournament. We especially appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in our room giving us the ability to save on meals AND have some control over the nutritional needs of our players. We dined rather nicely on food from a nearby grocery store. I've forgotten the name, but the desk clerks are very helpful. The grocery was kind of across from Starbucks. It's very close to the hotel. We thought the restaurant Cousins near the hotel was decent as well. (Not fine dining, but decent.)
“Great stay”
Hotel is great as usual for Holiday Inn Express. Close to freeway, but in quiet area.
