“Hotel of Choice”

We travel to the Tri-Cities every December to Christmas shop and enjoy the warmer weather. I looked through the hotels and prices and decided to try the Baymont Kennewick not really knowing where it was located. After reading different reviews I decided to give it a try. After staying there I will never stay anywhere else again. It's quite, beds are comfortable and staff was wonderful.

“NOT IMPRESSED!!! If you like noisey birthday parties in the hotel and pool!!”

Hot Tub was nice, however, they rent out the pool and breakfast area for birthday parties. Couldn't get in the pool area or hot tub because there were 20 kids in the pool and tub all day. They put us directly across from the breakfast area, very noisey with the birthday party going on even with our door closed. Kids running up and down the hall screaming! Rooms are small, they left us only 2 towels for 4 people. Premium channels doesn't mean premium, Basic Exp Basic only!! However, I did enjoy that the pool was open 24 hours, didn't realize I would have to use it late evening. When we were able to use hot tub it was great! As for coming back, NO. We come to Kennewick every month to see our daughter and we will go back to the Cedars even tho it doesn't have a hot tub or we'll look for another hotel. Plus they held a huge amount back on our debit card for incidentals $300. After already paying for our room at Expedia. Clean, but won't be back!! DISAPPOINTED... TO SAY THE LEAST....

“Inexpensive and convenient”

I came through for 1 night only for a little bit of sleep and breakfast before continuing a long drive. The location was great . . right off the highway. The lighting in the parking area made me feel safe. Breakfast was adequate - overall i was very satisfied because the price was about half of the other nearby hotels and it felt clean and safe for a single girl traveling alone.

“Pleasant stay for a crowded week...”

When we planned one of our regular visits with family, we knew we would need a hotel because the family was short one house this trip. The Baymont was perfect. Located convenient to the family, we had a great sleep and a short trip. The pool was a perfect nightcap for the kids. Breakfast in the morning, though not in the top tier, was plenty tasty and sufficient to start the day. Best of all, our dog, Chloe, got to stay with us for a modest fee, and her morning and evening 'duty' walks had a special area, well-maintained, for her use... Overall, should we need another hotel stay in the Tri-Cities, Baymont is near the top for us.

Was very impressed with this hotel for the price we paid. Had more features and conveniences than I expected. Will check out this chain again!

Cheap construction, but clean and friendly. Appreciated the refridgerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was well catered. Pool area is often rented out on Saturdays for birthday parties

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. My 6 grandchildren enjoyed the pool which we were surprised to see stayed open 24 hours a day.

“Rundown cheaply built motel”

This is a motel in nead of almost everything. The reason we pick it was for its location and the indoor pool for our granddaughter. The pool was not heated!! The motel is very rundown. Cheaply built. Even the sink faucet was loose. They allow the smokers to smoke just outside the entry with cig butts everywhere. Garbage can overfowing there as well.
