First it took me an hour to get a room I tried two different rooms they were dirty I already paid for the room so I had to stay the third room I went to look too good until I was ready to take a shower the sink was dirty the tub was dirty the map that you step on was dirty the bed was clean I look no bed bugs but no never again. And they had the nerve to ask for a deposit Smdh....

Don't do it ! Exact words from the clerk trying to get old computer system to work, " no training and no time to figure it out cause I'm dealing with crack heads, cops and trying not to get shot" Literally roaches on beds and in refrigerator. No rooms out of 300 worth staying in, I looked at 5 of them. Only good thing about them not being condemned is all the homeless folks living there. Would post pics if it let me.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this hotel. Staff is rude, the property is dirty. After we got our room key and finally found our room since the hostess gave us wrong directions, we were hit with a VERY strong scent of bug killer when we opened our door. There were dead bugs in the bath tub on the sink area and by the tv we turned right around and left. When took the key back to front told her we could NOT stay there all she said was ok. Very unproffesional!!

Bugs were crawling on the floor and furniture. Tile broke in shower as well as mold. Carpet was filthy. Did not stay!!!!!

When I arrived, lady said no rooms available. When I made the reservation it said it was the last room. Lady said she tried to call, but I do not know why she could not get through. This hotel is a long distance from the interstate, so I was quite disappointed in driving all that way for no room. We went to the next town and got a room ok. I will be reluctant to use your service again.

Facility should be condemned. Rooms smelled, no towels in room. Bed stunk, could only find 1 channel on TV which didn't fit on its stand. Room felt unsafe, and it would take no effort to bust the door off its hinges. Had to cancel reservation and find a hotel that had all the things that made my stay feel safe and secure. Amercourt is set up more for homeless or vagrant people who don't mind having rugs all frayed and stains throughout the room. No towels, no hangers for clothes, and about 1/4 of a roll of TP. I will never ever go to or recommend Amercourt to anyone.

Very shocked at the condition of this property. I thought I could just slip into clean sheets since everything else was dirty, but even when I pulled down the bedding, it was stained. There were so many signs this place hadn’t been cleaned- to include sunblock and fruit stickers on the lamp and wall, crumbs on top of the microwave, and pubic hair on the toilet. I only lasted about 10mins and left. Waiting for the manager’s response about a refund still…

Did not like the rude staff that acted like they were police officers or the owners of the property. Amanda is the worst staff any company could employee and you wonder why you lose business it's that b***h. She needs to be let go.

Bed was comfortable to an extent, they didn’t clean room while we were there, didn’t bring clean towels daily. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was not… what I expected to see at all. It isn’t anything to look at-in fact you really wouldn’t want to look at it. It was a ‘smoke-free’ room but it reeked of smoke. And mold i think? There was blood on the bathroom door too. Positives though- it was nice and quiet, that’s something I suppose.

Upon arriving, the person in reception asked me to check the room first if we wanted to proceed. The room was dirty, with holes in the walls, strong smell of tobacco. We left immediately.

I needed a cheap hotel last minute. Well you get what you pay for. I knew it was not going to be a luxurious hotel but the water was hot and the heater worked.
