“Unacceptable!”

The hotel advertised air conditioning - it was not. The shower was pokey and you needed to be mal-nourished to be able to turn around in it. There were no screens on the windows so we were forced to sleep with the windows and shutters open so got bitten to death by mosquitoes. The attitude of the night porter was a shoulder shrug and couldn't care less. The only redeeming feature was the clerk in the morning who was clearly embarrassed by the conditions at the hotel and although he was unable to refund us the 3 nights we'd pre-paid he did use the 2 additional nights to pay for two of my colleagues' rooms. Nevertheless this hotel cannot be recommended in any way shape or form.

Go see the walled city of Treviso. Quite beautiful, good restaurants and friendly people. Not too many tourists either!

“Hotel Scala: soggiorno discutibile”

Stanza di dimensioni appena suffucienti, posta al II° piano senza ascensore e senza aiuto del personale per i bagagli. Bagno poco funzionale (doccia con tenda e non box) e non perfettamente utilizzabile (lavabo otturato, non ripristinato nonostante una sollecitazione). Pulizia della stanza e del bagno a dir poco superficiale. Personale (soprattutto il direttore) non particolarmente gentili. Alòbergo utile probabilmente per motivi di lavoro, non certamente per viaggio di diporto, nonostante la piacevolezza della città. L'hotel accetta aminali (unica cosa che a noi è sembrata positiva)

Area recommendations
Centro storico entro le mura. La città offre notevoli scorci artistici, bei negozi, bella gente, buoni locali dove mangiare o bere qualcosa. I musei e le chiese sono interessanti, con personale disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo avuto piacevolissime sorprese di tipo culturale, anche se eravamo preparati a scoprire delle vere perle artistiche (e così è stato).

“Hotel Scala Treviso * nella media”

Hotel tranquillo; gli interni delle camere sono un pochino datati (per non parlare dell'impianto di riscaldamento e climatizzazione che sono RUMOROSISSIMI....). Per il resto nella norma. Tre stelline. Tutto qua.
