“Great hotel in Treviso”

I've been to this hotel 3 times now and found it to be ideal for my purposes. It is conveniently located (approx. 15 min walk from city centre + train station) and is a very pleasant hotel to stay in. The staff are very helpful and speak good English, which is a bonus if your Italian (like mine) consists of 3 words! The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and SKY TV. The breakfast offers a wide range of items including hot food eg. scrambled egg/bacon , cereals, pastries, cold meats/cheeses, fresh fruit etc. Excellent hotel and will be going back on my next trip there.

“Great stopover hotel for the airport”

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel. It is close to Treviso airport and very convenient for Ryanair flights. It's an amazingly good value hotel. Staff are cheerful and friendly. Food in the restaurant excellent. Room was of a high standard with an enormous bed. I recommend this hotel highly.

“A good base for Venice”

This hotel is basically a Conference Centre and used mainly be business travellers. However, it is approximately 20 minutes walk from the very pretty town of Treviso and a short train journey from Venice, which makes it ideal as a base. The standard of the rooms is good and on the whole the staff were helpful. The main problem that we experienced was after our 'official' booking ended. Our flight from Treviso was cancelled by Ryanair late one evening and we returned to the hotel for a further night (at full tariff) before managing to secure another flight from Milan (a long story!). Perhaps we were just at the mercy of very unhelpful individuals on reception the morning after our additional night's stay but we were dismayed at the lack of support/advice from them when we were clearly in a very difficult situation. Other English guests commented on the same issue - definitely at odds with the promotional literature in hotel rooms about the help available from staff. Would we go back there? Not sure after this experience.
