Happy customers
Very elegant building with amazing views into the mountains. We were on a 'layover' stop on a driving trip so didn't go into Trento - not sure it's best located for that. We had dinner on the lawn out front looking over the mountains - a lovely experience. Would stay again!

The villa was amazing. Rooms, service, style, breakfast- everything! The service at the breakfast room was outstanding, especially our great waiter that serve us with a big smile and made our mornings.

What a wonderful hotel. I couldn’t believe the amazing view from my room. The pool, spa, and massage were the best. Wonderful staff. Definitely will come back here again some day!

We were hungry and the kitchen was closing but they were kind enough to offer to make us sandwiches. The staff were so friendly and the grounds were gorgeous! The room was comfortable and quiet even with it being a very popular restaurant

Get-a-way in Trento
Stay was wonderful. Beautiful location just far enough away out of the way of the busy downtown. Walkable to town if you are a walker. Took me about 25 min to walk to town mostly downhill. Property was lovely and the breakfast and dinner was very good.

The concierge and staff were outstanding. We arrived, soaked to the skin from a massive thunderstorm. The kitchen had closed and they reopened and made us food after seeing the condition of traveling over 12 hours to get there. Sweetest folks ever!

Overnight stay
After a rather difficult journey finding the entrance to the hotel we had an excellent stay. Due to roadworks we were unable to find the alternative entrance to the hotel. Arriving on foot we were guided to the road route by Alessandro who went above and beyond to rescue us. He was also very attentive during our whole stay. The hotel is excellent and beautifully situated.

Terrific food & excellent room options.
Excellent service, outstanding food in the property, extensive menu, long wine list, and a tremendous variety of food options. The steak tartare prepared at your table is a favorite item worth trying. The pasta dishes we had were also terrific. In our multi night stay, we ate dinner there 3 nights, 2 lunches, and every breakfast. Value for money is also very reasonable. If we return to the Trento region, we’ll stay here again.

Everything was excellent , 5stars level services, very helpful and kind stuff, a huge selection of food for breakfast, the restaurant is wellknown and popular even among locals in Trento. The spa area is great. There is everything you need with a beautiful view on the mountains from the inner swimming-poolor the jacuzzi on the panorama terrace.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is great . The relaxation area is very modern and clean with decent facilities. We stayed in the old building in a beautiful room, the only negatives were the TV channel guide was not correct , none of the English speaking channels were available and the mini bar fridge was at 20 degrees . I would stay again

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Beautiful room which was very clean, views were stunning. Restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We arrived later in the afternoon after a long drive having had no lunch but the kitchen put together a snack for us, very courteous. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again

Weekend break to the Dolomites
The staff was excellent and the rooms clean and comfortable. Could have benefited from an extra pillow a vanity pack and hair conditioner. Breakfast was plentiful, however the hot option was only eggs (but any sort you wanted). We were expecting some additional items such as bacon, sausages, Mushrooms or tomatoes. Loads of different pastries and cereals and fresh orange juice were provided.
