We, a family of five, stayed one night. Lovely hotel, amazing views, nice pool area and clean spacious room. Dining menu a bit limited but they had what we were looking for. We would definitely come back another time, can highly recommend this place for families.

This hotel could easily reach a 5 star rating. The views are amazing and majority of the staff provide great customer service with an amazing lady on reception, barman and the one serving coffees was also a welcomed sight in the morning. The hotel itself is near a lift with great access to the snow and the hotel has a spa, ski equipment room, games room and parking. Together with dining this was all the reasons for booking this hotel. The downside to the hotel is a lack of flexibility by certain staff members, some of the basics in the room, the restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant appears to lack an understanding of the customer or leader that is able to deliver a product and experience. This is a great pity as the setting is fantastic but food, choice and organisation needs a lot of attention. They have the staff but not the leadership required to set standards and the service. Note that if you don’t get a booking they often won’t accept you in the restaurant this is not down to being full it’s more related to how things are organised and the lack of flexibility. Please also note that the hotel is promoting sustainability which I fully support however using this as an excuse for not providing glasses in rooms and decent shampoo, conditioner and soap is acceptable and a basic need. We stayed 7 days and asked about obtaining these products and was told to buy them from the supermarket in Trento by reception. The paper cups fell apart after 3 days and not replaced!!

We just stayed 1 night, but got to see the Mountain Views at sunset and sunrise. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome, but the sauna wasn't open in the morning (plan ahead if want spa services). High on the mountain, so taking meals at the property is the only option.

A room at the back as we were only sleeping their seved our purposes well. Pool was pleasant and restaurant was good with a fantastic view. Staff were very helpful.

Amazing views, clean hotel and nice helpful staff. Restaurant food is terrible, what they call ala carte is not at all ala carte, mass produced, bad quality, simply terrible. If you do not have an auto to travel around to find decent food I would not recommend staying at this location.

The room decor was lovely and relaxing, balcony with view of the mountain was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the whole hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very good for vegan and allergen diets, great breakfast options and meals for dinner were good. Area around the hotel grounds was very pretty, good for wildlife and landscaping was lovely as lots of flowers in the unmown verges. Pool/sauna/steam room very nice and relaxing, lots of space to relax around the pool with sun loungers. Great access to walking routes and Trentino Guest Card was amazing for travelling on local public transport and access to attractions nearby. The only difficulty is finding food for lunches when you are not going into town before a day out/don’t have access to a car - the hotel would benefit from having a snack bar/small shop/take away foods for lunch as quite far away from local shops. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back one day!

Higher than the 3.5 stars it is given
My daughter, aunt and I had a wonderful ski stay at this resort hotel. Breakfast each morning was plentiful. The evening restaurant food was very good however a little on the fancy side for my daughter. As the holiday was ending we noticed an adult male with Frites (chips). We asked about this and they said it was from the children's menu. The children's menu was very good. There weren't really any other restaurants within walking distance and the ski bus stopped at 1724 so you couldn't even have a meal at the top of the hill. I love pizza and pasta in Italy but this wasn't the place to get it. The bedrooms were basic but clean with nice balconies. The only issue with the rooms was the beds are narrow singles joined together to make doubles. The spa area is idyllic! We had lovely massages, and morning swims. The little outside pool is a jacuzzi, we were in it in the sunshine and the snow. All in all, I would rate this hotel as higher than than the 3.5 stars it gets. The facilities as amazing and I would love to go back during the summer and experience a different type of holiday.

Amazing mountain hotel
The hotel is in a beautiful area and the view over the valley and the town of Trento was spectacular! The staff were wonderful, the pool was nice but we did not have time to do any spa services. The hotel dining room staff are just superb-service, food, accommodation for my Celiac and my daughter’s and she cannot have dairy either and they had amazing gluten free bread and pastry for breakfast. I would have loved to have stayed for a few days and plan on coming back some day.

QUIET, peaceful but isolated with no luxuries.
This hotel was set in a vineyard (of sorts) but only offered one type of white or one type of red wine. No beer, water or any other drinks. No food available. TAKE YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. It is in an isolated location and a 10 minute drive from the nearest town. Very quiet and peaceful. It was very quiet and rooms were not bad although a little depressing (we were in a back room with no light as the outside shutters were closed. The staff were pleasant but not a place for us.

Spectacular views! Very comfortable common area for gathering and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room, especially for Europe. Hotel appeared to be very recently built.

Pros:big rooms,clean,nice spa with pool jacuzzi 3 saunas plus experience showers,amazing view,hardworking restaurant staff Cons:difficult to communicate in English,kids entertainment only in Italian,the pool opens from 3:30pm till 8pm saunas from 2pm till 8pm,need to wear swimming cups (2.50€),small pool get cramped after 4pm,the climbing wall isn't for use they don't have equipment,breakfast boring,no a la cart restaurant,restaurant opens only for breakfast lunch and dinner if you hungry in between you stuck!not a great location nothing near by

Obviously a very nice ski lodge. Lots of building work going on during our visit, although didn't really impact us. Despite the beautiful view out front, our family room overlooked a messy carpark & kitchens. Room was nice though. Swimming pool & sauna were fabulous but close at 8pm. Would stay again.

Shortly after booking the room I realised that check in closes at 08:00PM. This was going to be a problem for us as we would not be able to be there before 10:00PM. We notified the hotel and they were kind enough to wait for our arrival at 10:00PM. The room was spotless, the hotel clean, the view great and breakfast was good. Overall and great experience!

This was a stop on my honeymoon. The staff was friendly and the hotel is great condition and quiet. The trip to the hotel is a long and winding, and very uphill drive; if you're looking for that, this is a great hotel!

Nice view but too hard to find
The first surprise was that it took 10 minutes up a mountain to get to. The second surprise was it looked like it was closed up with construction going on the site. Once we found the reception, the room was okay. The hotel was deserted and must only be a winter resort. Food was pricey for the area. View from the room was beautiful.
