This property was in the heart of the beautiful city of Trento. What a gem Trento is. We walked everywhere and toured the castle. The views from the top of the castle were fantastic. Everything was very close to the hotel.

If I ever write a guide for disabled travelers, Trento, along with this hotel, will be #1. Beautiful Trento has a fairly large and pedestrian friendly historic center, within minutes walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located near the transit station and most of the attractions of Trento historical center. Underground parking is tight for larger vehicles, but that's expected in Italy.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing service. Small rooms.
The hotel is really beautiful and impeccable. Located across the train station, it’s right next to the center of town. The views are amazing, the service superb and the breakfast a royal bacchanalia. The only unfortunate factor that dampened my stay was that the room was relatively small and the bathroom very poorly designed. The toilet should have been further away from the door so that there would be no need for a door stop. It was very tight in there and uncomfortable. Lastly, the bar service was scant. I know that there were not a lot of people staying at the hotel, but the staff was not interested in engaging with the guests and the TV was shut down without any warning call despite the fact that I was watching sports to indicare the bar was closing despite no one being at the counter.

Trento hotel, close-in and comfortable.
A very nice older hotel just steps away from Trento Centrale. Comfortable and clean room with great amenities. The breakfast is delicious and has many choices.

Great location, well run operation, hotel restaurant is a great option for cocktail or dinner after a long day exploring cinque terre. They do offer onsite parking however don't miss the entrance or you have to drive a loop back to the hotel. It does give you a chance to admire the view however! I wish they would valet park the car, it is horribly tight to get in and out.

Dated but Convenient
Pros: * Excellent location to access Train station & Centro Storico; About 20 mins on foot to MUSE * Free breakfast had several locally made items as part of the large spread * Bed wasn’t the kind with two small beds pushed together * Air conditioner went down to 18C * Bathroom has a large tub * Lots of mirrors all over the room and bathroom and good light to help you get ready Cons: * Concierge staff did not share info on Trentino Card which is free for guests and gives you free access to local transportation including buses, local trains, and cable cars as well as free or discounted admission at most local museums. They did not even ask if I wanted a map or if I wanted suggestions despite asking if it was my first time staying there - so be sure to ask about this upon check in so you don’t miss out! * The decor is supposed to be from the era of Grand Hotels, but the features for where to turn lights off and a/c on are very confusing (they’re on the nightstands and aren’t user-friendly) * There were no outlets next to either side of the bed and only 2 in the bedroom besides one in the bathroom * Closet space is not tall enough to hang dresses (only tops or folded trousers) * Mattress is hard and pillows are thin and hard * Shower doesn’t have a door or curtain so water can splash out while showering * Water pressure in shower is not that strong

The hotel was in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk through the park from the train station. Only 10 minutes to main square with many restaurants Room was clean, spacious and very peaceful. I liked the marble bathroom and large bath. Good buffet breakfast and Covid safe with plastic gloves and sanitiser provided. All staff were warm and welcoming

Gea option for Trento
The Grand Hotel is a great option for Trento. Central location with a parking garage in the basement (€11 a night). Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Covid precautions were adhered to at breakfast.

Beautiful Classic Hotel
A beautiful classic hotel. Only issue was that twin beds were not.. but this was swiftly rectified & that sauna was shut on a Sunday. Fantastic breakfast, can make your own waffles & a yoghurt station. Cannot fault this hotel for old world charm & excellent service.

Perfect mountain retreat
Parking was very secure and the room had SKY sports channels. You could spend the day in your room but the rest of the hotel and spa made us feel like royalty.

Centrally located to ski resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the staff very helpful in assisting me with my meal choices. The fitness room was clean and nice to have available for use.
