Total Relax
Viaggio finalizzato al relax completo. L'hotel ha una struttura in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Zona Wellness ottimamente strutturata, camere ampie, pulite e arredate con gusto (lo dico io che sono esigente da questo punto di vista). Personale cortese e molto professionale. Anche il ristorante ha una buona qualità. Come ciliegina sulla torta poi c'è la spettacolare vista del lago di Molveno e sulle Dolomiti. Durante il soggiorno inoltre abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto massaggi di coppia che hanno dato il loro forte contribuito per il conseguimento del relax totale.

Semplicemente spettacolare
Tre giorni di relax in un hotel veramente molto confortevole, in cui si mangia benissimo e tutto cibo freschissimo. La zona wellness è assolutamente completa (piscina molto grande con zona idromassaggio,4 saune, docce emozionali, zone relax.... ). Tutto il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile. Veramente una bellissima esperienza!!Tornerò sicuramente!

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und offen gestaltet, der große Waschtisch ist nur durch eine Glasscheibe vom Schlafbereich getrennt, was dem Raum optisch Weite verleiht. Die begehbare, sehr moderne Dusche und das WC/Bidet sind jeweils separat durch eine Milchglastür vom Zimmer getrennt und auch sehr geräumig. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Kleine Mankos gibt es auch: das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, so dass die Balkontür nachts geschlossen werden musste, was gerade im Hochsommer Probleme bereiten könnte (es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, aber diese ließ sich zumindest Ende September nicht individuell regulieren. Außerdem war von unserem Balkon aus nur seitlich Seeblick möglich, geradeaus sah man auf die Straßengabelung, den Hotelparkplatz und dahinter den kleinen örtlichen Friedhof. Auch dies hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Größtes Manko unserer Meinung nach ist die Badekappenpflicht im Schwimmbad - in der heutigen Zeit erstens unverständlich und dann noch 2,50 Euro für eine Badekappe zu verlangen, die etwas üppigere Haarpracht in keinster Weise bedecken kann, verkehrt die Aktion ins Absurde.

Un hotel in posizione stupenda
Mia moglie e lo scrivente siamo arrivati il giorno dell'inaugurazione del restaurato hotel: nonostante ci siano ancora lavori in corso, l'accoglienza e i servizi sono stati ottimi. Unico neo è la cucina: in un hotel di questo livello, con camere stupende,con un centro benessere a dir poco favoloso, avrebbe bisogno di uno chef di qualità superiore, discreto il maitre de sale mentre i camerieri presenti si sono dimostrati poco professionali e impacciati. Un vero peccato...
