We stayed in this hotel for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. It has lots of character and with only a few rooms to rent it offers a private atmosphere without noisy tourists. The swimming pool is a nice treat on a hot day. Right opposite the hotel, there is a little supermarket where you can buy all necessary food and drink. Also right next to I Mulini Resort, there is another bigger hotel owned by the same person, that offers all the usual i.e. private beach, big swimming pool with a bar etc. which you are also allowed to use anytime. The staff was very friendly. The receptionist was always happy to give an advice on where to go, how to get there etc. I would recommend hiring a car if you decide for this hotel. It is quite remote from the nearest town Trapani and its night life. Don't worry about the cost as parking is free in the town.

Spacious and comfortable appartment. The owner was very helpful in finding us a bike, walking us to the hire place, and getting us a good price.
We arrived before 16.30 (check-in time) and there was no one there at all. However, there is a number to phone on the gate, The owner arrived within 5-10 minutes.
Excellent hotel and very peaceful at the the end of June. Fantastic swimming pool, good rooms and excellent service. Breakfast was typically Italian but eggs were available at times. Apart from the pool there is not that much to do at the Hotel but we were happy as we spent most of our time in Marsala or visiting other towns. Marsala has plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel even if the first part of the walk isnt that pleasant. The local Bucanieri was very good although a little expensive but you can get good value if you choose carefully. The Nashville which is just a little further away is also excellent and good value. The Illy Bar/cafe is also very good for lunch and the staff are very friendly.
The only problem with our break was the standard of the car hire pick up/service at Palermo Airport but that's another story.
"Hotel close to great beach, need a car to get there though"
Great hotel, need a car to get to the great nature reserve and the beach at the end of the cape. Not much near the hotel, so not a good place if your on foot or using public transport. Gas station is right there, very convienient
We had a really good week. Trapani is a 10 minute drive away. There are lots of restaurants and things to do in the town but we liked being able to get away from the crowds. There is the restaurant down the lane which is good and convenient if you don't want to go far.

This was a comfortable hotel with a helpful friendly staff. Cleanliness was good, breakfasts were filling and varied and the facilities were of a good standard. If there was a problem we had a positive response and staff tried to communicate even when their English was not easy for them. It is also a good location to travel around the region. Internet coverage was fairly good.

I have no words to describe how caring the staff was, from the cleaners- really lovely and nice-, to the reception team and waitress for the breakfast. The reception guys were extremely nice and helpful, providing 5 stars quality and having a super friendly smile at all times. They were very patient with our poor Italian and even tried to teach us a little bit. Breakfast was very nice too, and the waitress were lovely and always asked whether we were fine or we wanted anything else etc. The experience was very good and I can't wait to go back as I felt like being home. The hotel is very clean, new and unbeliavable good for the price. Definitely recommend it.
