“Not impressed”

Not really a four star hotel but do not know if there are four star hotels in this city. Breakfast was mediocre at best

“If you have to go to this town........”

....this was a decent place to stay.

“Very good hotel”

Good hotel, excellent swimming pool, good location. Over priced drinks, restaurant, wine list. Friendly staff. Good free underground car park.

Traveller's tip

Good sights in the area. Old town and new promenade. Poor beach. Go to Selinute instead.

“Hotel Mahara, Mazara del Vallo”

Riordino della camera lenta (a volte alle ore 15 non ancora disponibile) e non sempre precisa (mancanza di carta igienica e asciugamani); la Reception non sempre disponibile alle richieste e personale "nervosetto"! Comunque, nel complesso, tutto accettabile. MIGLIORABILE! Penso con la presenza di un Direttore responsabile.

“Mahara Hotel mazara del vallo”

L'hotel Mahara pur essendo una buona struttura ha una serie di problematiche gestionali che possono rovinarti la vacanza , eccone alcune : colazione al mattino con macchinetta automatica terribile, spazi attorno alla piscina lasciati sporchi per giorni dopo un ricevimento ; nessun controllo in piscina; bar non funzionante al mattino ; matrimoni con musica ad altissimo volume fino all' una di notte nella zona stanze ; doccia sporca sia in stanza che in piscina .

“Decisamente gradevole!”

Ottimo davvero! Noi siamo due genitori con un bimbo di 3 anni e siamo appena rientrati. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto per tutto. Unico problema: il mare di fronte all hotel non è accessibile. Bisogna usare la navetta o disporre di auto propria o a noleggio perché la spiaggia è a 10 minuti di macchina. Per il resto tutto bellissimo! Noi lo consigliamo vivamente!

“Ottima posizione per gironzolare nei dintorni...”

Ottima posizione e struttura. Qualità e servizio sono sicuramente imparagonabili. Le camere confertevoli, unico neo la pulizia: abbiamo trovato la stanza pulitissima all'inizio del ns. soggiorno, ma quotidianamente non vengono cambiate asciugamani e lenzuola. Per il cambio delle asciugamani occorre farne richiesta esplicita! Lo scarico della doccia moooolto lento e nonostante abbiamo chiesto di controllarlo non è stato fatto! Dunque portatevi delle ciabatte per doccia con "zeppa"!!!!

“kwaliteit”

de prijskwaliteit verhouding viel ons tegen aangezien 4 sterren niet de juiste weerspiegeling is van de kwaliteit van dit hotel maar eerder een 3 sterren daarnaast is de informatieverstrekking aan de receptie niet actief maar passief wat ons tot grote ergernis heeft gedreven gelet op de aangeboden taxiservice naar een zogenaamde eigen beachclub, geen plaats meer in de bus, dit diende men te reserveren, dan maar zelf achter de bus aan naar het strand waar vervolgens geen plaats meer is, vergeten te reserveren dus zoek het vervolgens zelf maar uit kortom overall dit verblijf is onze enige slechte ervaring op sicilie

“Eccezionale ma...”

L'hotel è meraviglioso, la struttura bella, raffinata e moderna. Lo staff gentilìssimo, mai visto uguale, educati, simpatici e attenti. La pulizia delle camere lascia moltìssimo a desiderare, potrebbero migliorare. Il sistema della fognatura non è il massimo. In due settimane siamo stati disturbati da un odore quasi insopportabile. Volevamo cambiare camera ma ci fu stato detto che in quasi tutte le camere era cosi, e che era un problema di cambiamento del tempo. Ci hanno datto un prodotto per pulizia ma non e' servito a nulla. In 15 giorni sono andata al supermercato 3 volte a comperare un prodotto adatto, che ha risolto in parte, diciamo. Chiederei alla direzione di questo bellìssimo albergo di risolvere al più presto questo problema. Non ci tornerei solo per questo particolare importantìssimo. Il ristorante è meraviglioso, così come i maitre e i cammerieri, molto professionali. La colazione è abbondante, l'unica pecca e' il caffè della macchinetta automatica.

Consigliabile noleggiare una macchina per girare e conoscere la Sicìlia, possibilemnte non ad agosto...
