“Amazing customer service- cant' wait to go back”

I have no words to describe how caring the staff was, from the cleaners- really lovely and nice-, to the reception team and waitress for the breakfast. The reception guys were extremely nice and helpful, providing 5 stars quality and having a super friendly smile at all times. They were very patient with our poor Italian and even tried to teach us a little bit. Breakfast was very nice too, and the waitress were lovely and always asked whether we were fine or we wanted anything else etc. The experience was very good and I can't wait to go back as I felt like being home. The hotel is very clean, new and unbeliavable good for the price. Definitely recommend it.

Area recommendations
The port is really lovely, but the whole village is cute and lovely.

“A wonderful place to stay”

Hotel Cerri really made us feel welcome. Their rooms and grounds are very new and modern and were beautiful. It was almost too good to be true for the price! But it delivered - staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this to people and stay there again.

Area recommendations
The port for sure - the food is amazing! Also, the market near the Al Madarig hotel - they have the best seasoned olives I have ever tasted! The restaurant right across from the market also has great food.

“Nicer inside than out”

The inside is new and modern. Outside is a bit of a disappointment- at the end of the road surrounded by a large parking lot. Not much of a sea view. There is a large parking lot which is empty since they charge you 10 Euro to use it. There are a few parking spaces in front and if you're lucky you can get one. They serve a nice breakfast with lots of choice. the staff is friendly and helpful.

“Modern and very clean”

A budget hotel but modern and very clean. Well situated and well signposted. Close to a piazza overlooking the sea and a safe area (which cannot be said for other parts of Castellamare).

Traveller's tip
Trattoria da Andrea nearby offers good food and value for money and is run by a woman (Andrea's wife?) who speaks excellent English.

“Good base for exploring the area.,”

This is a new hotel and the pictures are an acurate refection of its present condition. Some rooms have a sea view altough balcony lacked any chairs to sit on.We have stayed in a lot of italian hotels and i would say the breakfast was average. The hotel is 100m to the harbour where fishermen land their catch and sell it on small tables.Three excelent fish restaurants on the habour. This hotel would make a good base for the area, Zingaro, Segesta, ect.

Traveller's tip
if arriving by train the hotel is 2km from staion there is a bus or you could walk it the road is busy in places and no footpath.No(legal)taxis.

“Multi purpose Hotel”

Excellent location for beach and mountain holidays. Friendly English speaking local staff with a good knowledge of the area. Restaurants, bars and the harbour close by on foot. We are a retired couple taking a walking holiday in March, the walks are magnificent, Zingaro and Cofano nature reserves, Egadi Islands, mirabella and Pizzuta mountains. Every walking level is catered for. The wonderful beach and sea are 5 minutes away by the Hotel minibus. A great place to stay.

“Cerri Hotel di Castellammare del Golfo (TP)”

Hotel di recente ristrutturazione in bel contesto (a due passi dalla marina di Castellamare del Golfo). Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Ideale come base per muoversi in tutta la Sicilia occidentale.

“CERRI HOTEL vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche della zona”

Consiglio il Cerri hotel come punto di partenza per visitare la zona adiacente di questa splendida regione che e' la Sicilia, vale a dire LA RISERVA DELLO ZINGARO, SCOPELLO, S.VITO LO CAPO, ERICE....da non perdere.

“Sauber, nettes Personal und enttäuschendes frühstück”

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Tolle Lage am Hafen, gute Möglichkeit abends etwas trinken zu gehen. Strand nur mit Auto erreichbar. Frühstück entsprach nicht den Erwartungen - wenig Angebot, kleine harte Brötchen, keine Extras.
