Historic decor.
Owner on-site and very helpful. The suite was decorated in antiques and thoughtfully stocked with such things as personal bug spray, water, creamers/tea, etc. The "free parking" was on the public streets and square but the owner assisted us in making sure we were not in the wrong place at the wrong time. The continental breakfast delivered to the suite was nice. The public areas were a little worn and the elevator was a little scary... but the suite was in great shape. A/C was only in the BR. Plenty of hot water, good location for walking to the fisherman's market, old town and restaurants, etc. Easy drive to cable car to Erice.

Wonderful large apartment, very clean and Staff and owner very helpful. Only down side is that there is some refurbishment being undertaken. This does not affect the stay but may be a bit off putting when you arrive. Free bicycles are a major plus for getting around. Just up the same road into town is I Grilli great place to eat with a friendly owner and great staff.

Great location for our visit, large rooms well decorated. Our host made us feel at home and was very helpful throughout our stay, even gave me a warmer jacket and umbrella to use!

Rocco rocks!
Great host Rocco and location is wonderful location. Try to get to the terrazza it has amazing views! The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille Rocco for your advice.

Lovely old manse run by the best proprietor
A lovely old stately manse that is being restored gradually. The suites are very large and ring regal from a bygone century. They are comfortable and the owner is fabulous. His purpose is to make you happy and help you with everything. Great moderate price too. Breakfast is a bit on the light side but fine.

Great value for money
It was a bit difficult to get there without GPS, but once there we were really happy with our choice. Free parking right outside of the place, and we were welcomed by the friendly man at reception with tips on what to do. The room was HUGE and more than a B&B we felt like we were in a museum, as decoration is full of interesting old pieces of everyday Italian life. Having access to free bikes was excellent, even if the city centre is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Very poor value, look elsewhere.
Grossly overpriced, 40 euro for suite with marina view would have bee plenty! The overall quality of this suite was similar to a hostel with no effort put into making it feel welcoming or cumfortable. Talking to others in the adjoining room was very difficult due to echos!, And locals in the next flat talking / arguing for ages. Breakfast was a non-event; (had to preorder what you would like the night before and a trolly dolly brought it to your room next morning), a plastic cup with juice, half cup of warm coffee with no milk, a yogurt and a budget croissant. You can find much better places than this for your money, cannot understand how people can give it such glowing reviews - they must be used to staying in garden sheds!

Very nice B&B Hotel
We had a very gracious and helpful host. Our room was large and centrally located. Parking was on-street but had no problem finding some.....easy driving into and out of town. The area is walkable and and the hotel is close to the centre of town. We were supplied with a very nice breakfast delivered to our room every morning....also had a coffee machine in the room which is a bonus for us coffee drinkers.
