Nice rooms but lacking facilities

Check in - needed to do a few laps of the block to find somewhere to park for check in. Parking - designated car park is located in a separate building across the road. At $12.50 per day for parking I would have at least expected parking in the same building as the hotel. Fridge - despite a description in the booklet that the bar fridge was stocked with light refreshments, it was actually empty. Not even water, or a jug to use for drinking water. Good tea though. View - nice enough view. Bed - very comfortable.

To make up for this inconvenience we have negotiated a discounted rate with a nearby facility for our valued guests. Good value. Central location

Good size room - nice view although we couldn't open the door to the balcony due to work being done to exterior. Close to everything. Big comfy bed and room was clean. Value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 1 yr old, close to everything, great staff, great breakfast. Only complaint is that the beds are far too soft.

Nice hotel, 2 minute walk from Ribs & Rumps.

Walk in with 50kg of luggage and check in to room. Then went to Ribs & Rumps for dinner had Rack of Ribs and Herb Bread and few beers. Walked hotel went to room watch TV till 10pm turn TV off and it turn next doors on. But great stay.

Nice Hotel with good views

Really nice place. The location is okay, the center of town does not offer much so staying near the beach would have been better. However the view from our room on the 18th floor overlooked the water and Magnetic Island and that was lovely.

Great location and decor

The hotel is in a great location. The new works done make it very comfortable The only part that is hard is the parking is not on site you have to utilise another parking area Overall will stay again as rooms fantastic
