Nice quaint room with a smaller end bathroom. The owners/host are both very friendly and helpful. The owner dropped us, family of four with luggage off at New Port at 7am for our 7:35am ferry. I would recommend this place.
Note: It is 2km (non walkable) from center of town but it is 8 euros to go and 6 euros to come back by taxi. It is 2 Euro per person each way by sea taxi and 1.60 euro each way by bus both of which is down the steep hill. If you arrive to New Port then take taxi from port although walking distance from port there is NO place to walk except the road and then climb the hill.
We stayed here for two nights.
We chose it based on the convenient location to the New Port and the price.
Although Google Maps told us that it was a ten minute walk from the New Port, it seemed like longer in the hot sun and with our bags, so I would suggest you go ahead and ask them for a pickup from your cruise ship. It's something that they offer and we did take them up on the ride back at end of our stay.
The room was nice enough and there is a common area with tables and a chance to meet other travelers.
Space for parking.
The staff can arrange a rental of a scooter, ATV or car from a nearby agency. We opted for the ATV to get around; you can walk into town from the hotel, but we wanted to see beaches and the island itself.
Booked double room with double bed ,got single bed, complained to management , and got a little upset, got upgraded to sea view and double bed ,breakfast same every day but good, yorgia that works in breakfast is lovely, and spiro that works at restaurant is amazing and went out of his way and beyond, what a guy, pool is great bus stop out your door but a 20 min walk have to walk on road ,watch out for the cars and quad bikes,
Once again, it was a very brief stay at this location due to my travel glitches, so my time was limited at Manolia View. Petroula and her family that run the hotel were amazing and helpful. The view was spectacular...I wish I had had the opportunity to swim in the pool, I loved the outdoor space. Peaceful and quiet. I just wish it had been easier to get to town, my ability to do much in my brief time was reduced greatly because I didn't have my own transportation, but it's a fantastic spot if you're driving. Wonderful accommodations.
The small village of Tourlos is Mykonos' hub for cruise ships, ferries, and yachts, making Tourlos a terrific launchpad for day trips to Delos or cruises to other islands. Its proximity to Mykonos Town makes it a convenient getaway from the bustle of the main village while still being close to the action. The nearby beach at Agios Stefanos beckons sunbathers and swimmers alike.
