“Good location- nice staff.”

The room wasvery clean & acractively decorated but very small- OK for a couple of nights with hand baggage but with more luggage and a longer stay an inconvienent size. The shower was very small indeed- with the plumbing sticking out about 6 inches into the cubicle. Tall 6 ft husband and self found it impossible to move once inside without hitting the taps.

Area recommendations

The Natural History Museum is brilliant, great collection,with stylish modern architecture very child friendly. Extremel;y good restaurant if a little pricey. St Ettiene's Cathedral & the Church of the Jacobines- very different but both lovely.

Getting around

Metro inexpensive, clean and very frequent, easy to get around. Tip -buy the day ticket- costs less than 4 journeys and can be used all day until midnight.

Family-friendly activities

Natural History Museum- lots to see- dinosaurs, all manner of skeletons, birds, animals, fish,insects. Very interactive for children. Can buy a dino box especially for children in the restuarant. Was there in the school holidays and children of all ages were having lots of fun.

Events and shows

Good cinemas with very new films in original language with French subtitles- got to see 'True Grit' a real treat.

“Toulouse great experience, great HOTEL!”

Fantastic, the great customer service the front desk at all times, they could speak most languages, safe area, well Toulouse felt safe, book room 201, it was so quiete, compact lift and easy stairs, we did not eat in so cannot comment, just a great experience, thanks to all the staff. Value for money when you compare it to the bigger ones.

“Excellent value”

The hotel has a great location for getting to from the airport as it is right by one of the metro bus stops, and was also a short walk into town. It was mid-refurbishment when we stayed, so some of the corridors were in a mess, but we were lucky to be in a room which had just been refurbished and it was great, good decor, nice bathroom, air conditioning (important as it was 35 degrees when we arrived) and quadruple glazed windows which impressively blocked out any noise from the outside - the hotel is on a busy road. The room was small, but overall it was a fantastic bargain and we were delighted.

Getting around

We found using the bike hire system (where you can collect and return bikes from various points around town for a very small fee) really useful for seeing the town, much less tiring than on foot.

“Excellent rapport qualité prix”

Hôtel idéalement situé pour se balader dans le centre ville. Petit détail : ne pas partir trop tôt le dimanche car le parking n'est pas gardienné avant 8 heures et il n'est pas possible d'avoir le tarif spécial avec les machines.
