“Decent budget hotel in great location in Toulon”

The location was great. The room was a bit old and not the cleanest. There's wifi and a discount for parking. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk spoke some English or were fluent. It was OK for 2 nights but I wouldn't stay there again.

Area recommendations

Toulon - center of little town. It's near the port, sight, highways and restaurants.

“Decent Hotel”

This was a nice hotel in a great location in Toulon. Parking in a car park nearby, which was handy. Staff friendly and helpful. No safe in the room for valuables and no similar service at reception which was disappointing.

Area recommendations

The beach areas is really nice so I'd recommend a trip there and to La Plage for food, drinks and nightlife If possible go to a rugby game in Toulon, even if you aren't a rugby fan - the fans are passionate so its a great occassion.

“Excellent Value”

This hotel was very clan and tidy with friendly staff at all times. The room was comfortable with excellent sound proofing, we had a market right outside when we went in August and we hardly heard it. My only grumble was that the shower cubilcle was a bit small.

Traveller's tip

5 minute walk to the harbour which is lined with bars and restaurants. The Mourillon Beaches are a 10 minute bus ride (1 Euro 40c no. 3 bus) or a 30 minute walk.

“Bien”

Hôtel très bien situé dans une rue piétonne donc calme le soir, au pied des magasins et du port de Toulon pour ceux qui veulent prendre le bateau. Petit dej normal, chambre correcte un peu petite, climatisation trop bruyante que nous avons coupée pour la nuit. hôtel un peu vieillot mais pour une nuit c'est parfait. A noter quand même que le parking est public donc payant.

Manger au restaurant la plage situé place du mourillon.

“Grand hôtel Dauphiné: à améliorer”

La chambre était grande et confortable, mais une vague odeur de tabac flottait dans l'air alors que j'avais demandé une chambre non fumeur. L'odeur ne partait pas en ouvrant la fenêtre. L'isolation par rapport aux autres chambres est très mauvaise, on entend les conversations à travers les murs. Le soir, il n'y avait que de l'eau tiède, presque froide.

Accueil très agréable. Parking couvert tout près, tarif préférentiel pour les clients de l'hôtel, petit déjeuner très tôt pour le départ sur le ferry
