"We wish that the staff would be more forthcoming."
We had wonderful time. Hotel has large swimming pool which was great to cool your self thown. The pool also has many umbrellas for shade. Morning breakfast was just awesome, what ever one would wanted to wish was there.
I chose this hotel as my husband was unable to accompany me and would be on my own. It was ideal as the quieter pool was on the other side of the hotel from the main pool and was really intended for adults only and quiet and a good size to swim in. The hotel advertised good entertainment at night, which didn't disappoint, so I knew I had something to occupy me in the evening. I went half-board and the meal times were very flexible to suit every need. There was enough choice at breakfast and dinner which was always carefully monitored by the catering staff. Nearby were plenty of cafes and eating places for lunch and a well stocked supermarket at the end of the hotel drive. I was very impressed with the organisation in the hotel, in the dining room and main areas. I was on the 9th floor and there were 3 lifts, which was never a long wait to get one.
Decent hotel. Seemed to be plenty of space round the pools with beds available quite late in the morning even though the hotel appeared to be quite busy. Room was good size and comfortable. Bathroom a bit tired and could do with updating. Good location for beach. Breakfast wasn't the most inspiring, had better.
Lovely hotel right in the beach, a road runs in front but it isn't noisy or a problem. The hotel is clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, bathroom is a little small and a bit dated but not an issue. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful. It seems very quiet (we only had a short stay), it's less than 15 minutes from Malaga airport by taxi which cost €20. Lots of restaurants and bars along the sea front. My only critism would be that the food at breakfast was OK but not amazing. I'll definitely return to this hotel.
Hotel is in a brilliant location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach. Stayed for 5 days all inclusive. its clean and very tidy. However food was not good for veggies. Same menu everyday, no variety and snacks were at set times. nothing for kids to do. Evening entertainment wasn't good either.
Almost everything about the hotel was good, especially the staff.what did let it down was the food. Although it was of reasonable quality the evening meal was always barely luke warm. The staff especially on reception were always very friendly and helpful.
Stayed for a total of 8 nights split over 2 weeks having travelled elsewhere on the costa del sol. fantastic superior room overlooking the pool/gardenon both stays. On arrival each time we had a bottle of bubbly , a bowl of fruit and a bottle of water, and a fridge which always comes in useful.. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 10 am, is well stocked woth cereal, full English , pastries , meats, cheese, tinned fruit and yogurt. The dining room is well run with very pleasant welcoming staff. Evening dinner is good food, lots of choice and is self service.Drinks are reasonably priced for a restaurant. The pool area is great, the lifeguard is on hand to sort of troublesome children .Its clean, has a nice bar area and is well gardened and maintained. My only gripe is the ownership of the sunbeds. A notice in reception reads that people who reserve beds with their towels, will find them removed as this is not allowed. By 8.30 all beds are reserved , the notice was not adhered to.The lifeguard occasionally removed a towel, but on the whole if you were a late riser on your holidays and lets face it that's why we are holidaying ! you had little of no chance of getting a sunbed. I think this needs addressing by the management. The rooms are spacious and very well kept, the maids do a good job, although on 1 occasion I came back to the room after cleaning to find the patio door wide open. I reported this to reception. I would choose this hotel again, and have stayed 3 times before.

There is more than meets the stereotype to this Anglo-centric seaside resort. While most of Torremolinos is a brash high-rise heaven for fun-loving Brits, the low-rise western part is patronised by the Spanish and has a very different character. Soft golden sands stretch either side of town and there is a huge choice of entertainments by day and night. Aquapark is a white-knuckle water world; Tivoli World is the region’s major theme park.
