“Quiet and convenient.”

Right off the 405 S this hotel was easy to find and convenient to shopping and an easy drive to several large malls. Also a short drive to other visitor sights in area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Fun Business Getaway”

My husband and I were very pleased with the experience at the Courtyard Mariott. It's close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away that there is no traffic coming or going into the hotel. They provide free WiFi which was a little slow but hey, it's free :)

“Fantastic Hotel Experience”

This is one of the best hotel stays I've ever had, and I am a frequent traveler for both business and pleasure. The design layout was impressive, the rooms and bed was comfortable, it had a wonderful public area layout, and it was as clean as can be. I would highly recommend this for any personal or business travel. For a 3-star hotel, you can't ask for anything more. Especially for how affordable it was.

“Pass on this one”

In a word, terrible. One of the worst hotel experiences in my lifetime. The location is off a freeway and close to nothing. During my stay, much construction was taking place making it difficult to locate the lobby. The "lobby" turned out to be a small room off to the side of the former main entrance. Needless to say no restaurant, bar, no ambiance, but lots of noise and construction workers. Even the maids could be heard loudly conversing in Spanish in the early morning hours. When I had to prematurely end my stay by one night, the hotel manager refused to provide any credit or reimbursement. Do yourself a favor, find another hotel.

“Middle of renovation...”

I stayed only one night while the renovations were being made. Can't say whether the final version will be worth staying at, but they were very accommodating.

Area recommendations

Not near Torrance proper, but easy access to the 405 fwy.

“Excellent Stay”

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time the hotel was very clean and very comfortable. This time they were making a few updates and gave us a brand new rennovated room. It was gorgeous, very clean, very spacious and relaxing. This hotel is making small updates as it should and I'm sure will be an even better stay next time.

Area recommendations

2nd St in Long Beach has amazing shops restaurants and bars. Hermosa Beach which is also nearby was beautiful and there were lots of great places to see on newly rennovated Pier Avenue.

“Best location to I-405”

This is a best location to take I-450. The entrance/exit is next to the hotel. Very convenience to go to somewhere.
