Great hotel. Affordable and close to everything. Friendly staff and the place was very clean. Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was fantastic and affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Well for starters the lobby is very beautiful, purple couches, different seating areas etc. But very dark tbh. Staff at the desk were ok, the one guy we got when we checked in seemed like he wasnt the friendliest. Didnt really tell us where anything was just about dinner and breakfast. Very small elevators but there are 6 of them i believe. Got on our floor, was like a damn maze but yes there was signs and arrows for pur room number. As we arrived at our room, the cleaning lady just came out and was so rude, doea it matter i dont know but anyways. Got in there was decent size.

We lovvved our stay at the Omni King Edward. Best service if any hotel we have ever been to. Lobby and room were beautiful and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. Great location close to subway, Eaton Centre, and various cafes. Highly recommend!

The Omni King Edward was the perfect hotel in Toronto. The room was spacious and clean, the staff attentive and helpful and the location absolutely perfect. We are looking forward to our next visit to this property!

The Omni king Edward was so wonderful. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and extremely well maintained. It's convenient located in the city and a quick walk to all the big must dos. It's ridiculously close to the tasty St Lawrence market! I definitely can't wait to stay here again!

The King Edward is a beautiful hotel. Our room was great, high ceilings and plenty of space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city.

The room looked great and beds are coming but the bathroom was not that clean. There is not enough hooks in the bathroom , the faucet in the bathtub was kind of broken and water pressure low. They have a huge bath mat that can easily get wet. There is no line to dry your towel and they don’t have enough towels. The view was a brick wall from my room on 8th floor. The heather was so noisy and loud but because the room was so cold, I needed to keep it on. I think the location and value was okay.
