“Movie Stars and Insider Tips”

Ronaldo and Dean are the best concierges EVER! They gave me fabulous restaurant recommendations (OPUS rocks!) and called ahead to make sure there would be a seat at the bar when I arrived. The level of customer service they provide is out of this world - speaking with them was like talking to a best friend who is always in the know and loves when they can share their knowledge with you. Bonus: I swear I spotted Donald Sutherland on the patio! Awesome!

Excellent stay in the Hazelton Hotel, the stay were very polite, attentive and efficient. The hotel is nice and trendy and in a trendy area.

“Really nice, very modern, clean, staff excellent!”

Hotel is located in the trendy area of Yorkville within walking distance to many things. They gave us a room overlooking a dentist office complete with patients. We asked to change and they did within a few hours. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel could be viewed as pretentious but from our POV it was not. It felt like home.

I have been to five star hotels in New York, Montreal, Paris, and elsewhere, and this is by far the best of them. The style of decor was modern and tasteful, without being weird or frilly. The staff was extremely helpful with everything, and I've never seen so many luxury cars as I did in their valet parking. We were upgraded to a room with a wonderful balcony overlooking a quiet back street (with the hotel itself located on one of the busiest streets in Toronto.) Just be aware, with a place this nice, there's more situation where tipping is appropriate. Although, to their credit, when I had run out of cash at the end of my stay, there was no awkwardness when I was unable to tip. In conclusion, this place was AMAZING!

If there was a box to check for 'Beyond Satisfied' I would have checked it. The staff was exceptional, the area was amazing, and the room was something I will dream about for a long time. If you're looking for a bargain, this is not the place. If you're looking to be treated like royalty, look no further.

“enjoyable stay”

Stayed at the Hazelton for two nights (fri/sat) and was very impressed. We have also stayed at the Metropolitan Soho and both are very comparable. The Hazelton staff are excellent, and you always feel welcomed. The TV in the bathroom amused both of us but I would rather have them spend money on a better music system...ipod dock??? Anyways, a small complaint for a great hotel.
