Nicely surprised

Came to town for an AGO exhibition and this was the perfect place to stay. Easy walking distance to the museum, also good inexpensive restaurants nearby and convenient transportation options.

Overall great hotel. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Nothing extravagant but everything that is needed. The parking is great but an additional charge.

Nice hotel near Kensington Market and Chinatown.

Posted 05-Apr-2015
Pros: Very nice staff. Breakfast was continental but even had a waffle machine.
Location: Kensington Market, Chinatown, hotel is on the 3rd floor of a very interesting Chinese shopping mall
If you are on a budget and want to see Chinatown and Kensington Market, this is a great choice. We could bring food back we did not finish and put it in the refrigerator and heat it up in the microwave. The underground parking garage was fine.

Wonderful place for the price

Cons: It was a little noisy on the Saturday night.
Location: There are a couple of interesting bars near by including the Horseshoe Tavern on the corner of Queen street and Spadina and Wide Open (2 blocks)
I just got back from 5 days at the Super 8. I was happy with the location - it took me 15 minutes each day to walk to the Convention Centre. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious and clean and included a safe for my valuables. Breakfast was also provided every morning - including a waffle making machine! There was also a coffee maker in the room for that extra hit of caffeine - great value and a great place to stay.

Not what I was expecting.

Posted 28-Mar-2015
Pros: There was a couch. And the beds were comfortable.
The room had a lot of things wrong with it. The fridge was not working. And the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The bathtub was too high off the ground . My sister actually fell while trying to get out. You would almost need a stepstoole depending on how tall you are. It is not worth the money.

The hotel was close to Toronto western hospital.

Pros: It was close to Toronto western hospital.
Location: Kensington market is just around the corner. Lots of Asian food restaurants in the area.
It was adequate. I only needed a place to sleep. It was with in walking distance to the hospital.
