“Good Breakfast. Nice to have a safe in the room”

Everything (free parking, nice breakfast, no surcharge on internet access) is good. It will be perfect if there is a safe in the room.

“Great Value”

No Ice machine on any floors but if you go down to the front desk, they are happy to accomodate.

“Positive stay”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The extra meals the hotel provided were good the only problem was due to circumstances of greed of other guest there wasn't enough evening "light meal" meal to feed all the guests. It seems that the hotel was not prepared to make sure that there was enough food when they invited guests to join them. Did complain to the manager about it and they would follow up with it. overall my stay was delightful and i have no further issues with the hotel. I would definitley rebook another stay with this hotel as it is also convenient to all my destinations.

“Good Value for anyone has a tight budget”

Residence Inn is one of the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. It's even better than a lot of the business hotels with a very big room, your own kitchen and free internet access. It's a great choice if you just want somewhere to stay, cheaply and happily.

Traveller's tip

Getting around is a problem however, despite a few arcade centres around, you will need a car. it's not bad considering downtown is only about 30 mins away. Nothing is walking distance.

“Good value for the money”

Hotel located withing easy access to freeways. Beware that the 407 freeway is a toll road without toll booths, cameras photograph the license plate and send bills directly to car owner. Hotel is in an area of town that is predominately Chinese so most restaurants in the area are Chinese and the hotel has no restaurant. The breakfast buffet is decent but not great and is always the same, so if you're staying at the hotel for a long time it gets boring to have the same thing everyday. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and seem to have been recently upgraded with new furniture and flat screen TVs. Most front desk are friendly and helpful, but one of them was snobby and borderline rude.

Traveller's tip

Stay away from the 407 toll road as it is expensive. You can get pretty much everywhere on the regular non-fee freeways.

“Good accomodation, good price”

Very pleased. Courteous staff. Good rooms with flat screen TV's. Good breakfast. Excellent deal for price we paid. Pet friendly.
