“Nice, convenient hotel”
This was a convenient hotel for our stay. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The rooms were comfortable enough, I didn't like the pillows tho. Dinner one evening was very good.
“the worst stay ever”
imagine someone breaking into your room when you are sleeping and you think he's a thief and start running after him and finally you come to know that the front office clerk did a mistake and gave the customer the same room number we're in. from that day we're facing sleeping disorders.. unfortunately i have written to the holiday inn main office in USA but no one bother to respond to my mail. this is the worst hotel service i have ever seen in my life. myself , my wife and I are still suffering from that horrible night and no one bothered to respond to my letter. i should also say that i was paying for holiday inn brampton as well as holiday inn windsor at the same time and with all this no one responded to my letter. it is a shame to have such a customer service and follow up with customers

Overall comfortable rooms and good service. The location was excellent...close to shopping and the highway (Hwy 410).
“A very nice place”
The inside looks so much better than the outside, since there is some construction in the area. The pool is very refreshing. I found the staff to be always helpful and present at the counter. My only complaint is that the coffee is not free in the lobby, nor in the resturaunt. My family just went out to other places for food and drinks. The resturaunt is nice, but the food is made for adults, not kids. Meeting rooms and exercise room are very nice.
