“Quite nice”

The location is on the edge of 'seedy' but there is development going on so is probably improving. Very close to downtown; streetcar at the door that serves four subway stations. Valet parking only.

“Very close to everything and clean.Should have Option For Valet Parking or Not”

Very Close to everything in downtown and very clean . Only complaint is the Valet Parking is the only choice and at $30.00 Per Night there should be a option to park your own car and pay $10.00 - $15.00 .

“Very good value”

Hotel easily accessible using the airport express service from the Pearson airport, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the downtown/shopping area. Comfy bed, reliable wireless. Definitely good value compared to prices at hotels just slightly closer to downtown proper.

“Comfortable hotel”

We have reserved the room for 4 nights. The mattresse are very comfortable though the room was dark because of a too little window. The pool was too small for the number of rooms. For our last night, there is noise in the corridor until late 2 AM and we have a strong smell of cigarettes coming into the room despite of the non somoking hotel. good location.

“Should be a 4 Star!”

Excellent stay! From the moment I arrived the service was 1st rate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room more than exceeded my expectations. Breakfast in the hotel was made to order and very affordable. Valet parking was reasonable and timely. It is located blocks from the core of downtown Toronto. All and all a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back.

“Just on the outskirts of Town”

Hilton Garden Inn is a nice hotel, friendly staff and helpful. i would stay there again. The location is great, close to Yonge Street yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Yonge.

Area recommendations

I would recommend Yorkdale for the shopping. it has a nice large mall with some fabulous stores in it.

When to go

Before it gets toooo cold. I fine that September is good, not hot and not quite cold yet.
