“Good place to stay in TO”

Hotel was nice, my 2 kids really liked the pool and the breakfast was very good. We got a toilet that kept running but nothing really wrong with anything else. Good place and we would stay again

“I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.”

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. OUR ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. I WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO GIVE IT A TRY.

Area recommendations

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ONTARIO AS IT WAS DIRTY AND EXPENSIVE. OUR HOTEL WAS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE THE HELP WAS FRIENDLY.

NIAGARA FALLS WAS AWESOME. TAKE THE BOAT RIDE.

“Good, clean, hotel”

It is in a suburban industrial area outside of Toronto. Could drive to several food establishments, malls, groceries, etc. The rooms were clean and well upkept. The staff was friendly and my kids loved the water slide at the pool. The breakfast was good as well.

“Very pleasant stay”

Even though we booked months ahead of time, the room we got seemed to be a "last minute" room as it had a handicap shower. This did not work for us as we had 2 small children. They switched us rooms the next day. The room was very nice. Loved the fridge & microwave; important when you are with children. Breakfast area was great; lots of selection. Waterslide was great.

“Water Slide, Pool, Whirlpool!!!”

Room was great. Mini-fridge, microwave, cable, coffee maker, high speed interent (free). Everything you would want. Plus the hotel has an indoor pool, a 3-story water slide, and a whirlpool hot tub.

“Toronto Visit”

The front staff were friend and helpful. The person at the desk was new but he sought help from him co-workers to get answers to my questions he did not know. The pool was nice though did not get to go down the slide as the hours were limited. The included breakfast was good. All the staff were attentive and helpful.

Area recommendations

Went to the downtown area and China town. It was all fun. Taking public transportation was easy and more economical than driving.

“Always reliable!”

The staff is welcoming and ready to accommodate. The rooms are always neat and clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly, discreet and do a great job. Their breakfast is sumptuous and keeps me ready for the day's activities. We keep coming back to stay here year after year.
