We had a good stay at the Double Tree Hotel. The hotel is near the shopping mall and other convenient stores/restaurants. We liked that their indoor pool is also heated.

Room was dirty shower head broken and room was so small two pl couldn't pass each other in front of the bed stayed there before room was a queen and was fine I thought that's what I was getting

The property is in downtown. So it’s convenient to explore nearby places. What I didn’t like is that the staffs were not so welcoming. The lady who helped us with check in procedures were good. But other staffs present in the reception area were not so pleasant and hospitable.

Decent downtown hotel. Near Yonge & Dundas square, the Eaton's Center & China Town. The hotel is busy & a little noisy but overall good. Helpful staff, well equipped rooms & comfy bed.

They welcome you with a chocolate chip cookie and it was Excellent !! Amazing staff , big hotel with alot of floors (26) . Nice pool and gym . The reason we choose this hotel it’s the proximity to downtown area and we really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t use the car at all. however , no fridge in the room. and fees around 45$ for parking but just in front , next to justice palace , you can park there overnight for 20$ . Recommend

The check in with Al at the front desk was wonderful. He was professional, polite, speedy and kind. Room was great. The door had a big space at the bottom and can hear everything outside.

For a downtown hotel a very good value - clean, safe, with helpful staff. Our room was not very big but recently renovated so comfortable. My only criticism is that they should stop spraying scent into the air in the lobby - very off putting, especially as some people have sensitivities to strong perfume.

Parking underneath hotel is very convenient but was full and very tight to have to drive one way through and then have to get turned around to go one way back out. Not for larger SUVs or trucks. Parking across the street and down the street as well thankfully.

Had to get a last minute hotel for some treatments at the hospital. Most hotels in the area are very expensive, and this one was well priced for the location and the room and hotel were very clean and up to date. Will definitely stay again.
