“Not bad”
Everything is fine just that you will want to use your own towel but not the hotel's towel. Didn't have a chance to use the pool and GYM and will try next time. Staff is nice but they get lazy after midnight. Overall tis hotel is good.
“I go back there all the time!”
I`ve been staying at this hotel for the last 2 years that I've gone down to Toronto. Its close to many restaurants in the surrounding area and the staff is always very friendly. The rooms are clean. I can't wait to go back!
“Nice Remodel”
I'd go back. The place looks nice after their remodel.
“Good quality vs price ratio”
There was nothing that a guest could complain about, no matter how difficult one can be. Added advantages were functionning wireless internet access, full breakfast and parking all included in a reasonable price. Hotel staff were nice and welcoming and helpful. Hotel and rooms were perfectly clean and well looked after. We found $1.00 per local call was a bit excessive but nothing more than an insignificant detail.
“Definitely would go again! Convenient location!”
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room was even more comfortable than the last time I went (almost a year ago). The service at the front desk was very friendly during check-in and check-out. There is free parking provided and high speed internet was also provided for free. The location was very convenient as there are restaurants around.
“grossly disappointed”
We are generally satisified with this chain but this place was an exception---primarily in the cleanlineses department, surprisingly. Arriving in the late afternoon, we walked from our car to the hotel lobby through a veritable minefied of geese droppings in the hotel parking lot. I mean, this stuff was everywhere---must be on the flight path of Geese-Air or something. This would just be a funny incident except for the fact that no one was cleaning it up. Mentioning it the front desk just drew chuckles. Once in the room, another disappointement: our son slipped into one of the queen beds at 10:30 to get a good night's rest and, gross ,there's someone's body hair all over the sheets. Complaining at the front desk, we found the desk attendant was 'on her own' and that we would need to wait over an hour for someone to come up and replace the dirty linens. This is a pretty decent-sized hotel and it was surprising to hear this. I have no complaints with the attendant herself--she did her best, but it was pretty ridiculous that absolutely no staff was available to handle a problem as basic as this in a timely manner. Needless to say we will not be heading back to this place in the future.
“IT IS OK.”
The location of this hotel is ok. But the drapes need to be washed -- grey instead of white colour.
“hotel was good”
the hotel was good. front desk staff were polite. located in a decent neighbourhood
“clean and comfy, don't count on the free wired internet”
I stopped in for one night on personal business. took a moment to find the lobby entrance - lights were out for "earth hour". cute but amateurish. room was clean and tidy - totally acceptable. free wired internet was next to useless. next trip i will look for a place with reliable internet - this is right in the middle of a high-tech park they could have done better. i would recommend this place only if you don't need internet. at all.
“Courtyard consistency - the home before home.”
It is the same comfortable experience every time we stay at a Courtyard Marriott.
