“Great find!”

While this is not a luxury hotel, it is by far the best hotel in that price range in downtown Toronto. As is the case in all suites hotels, the bed was comfortable, but the pull-out in the living room was less so. However, kids never seem to mind the pull-out! The front desk staff was outstanding, with friendly and efficient check-in and check-out service and helpful suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. Parking was a bit pricey at $22 per day, but unlike other lots, they offered free in-out privileges. Finally, the location was ideal one block south east of the Eaton Centre. All in all, a wonderful find!

“Can't say enough good things.”

Loved this hotel. I'm not all that easy to please, but let me just say the bed was so, so comfortable, the suite was perfect for our stay, staff were always helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect if you are wanting to walk to all the fun things to do in downtown Toronto. I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend this hotel. Even the fruit-infused water in the lobby each day was a nice and needed touch since my husband and I were parched from walking and sight-seeing. On our last day, it rained and of course the hotel loaned us an umbrella. Every single thing we asked for was taken care of. Definitely would stay there again! Thank you.

“Clean, Modern, Classy and Fun:)”

I loved this hotel. They gave us chocolate every night. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and greeted us by name which made me feel like I was just as important as whoever was in the penthouse suites. The location is walking distance from lots of fun:) My only gripe is that the not so free candy on our bar is sooo tempting. lol. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.Location is very good, just nearby younge street and etong center. to CN tower , waterfront are only 15-20 minutes by foot. we will definitely stay in this hotel when we back to toronto next time.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel was in the perfect location..near Yonge St and shopping. A bit of a walk to the theaters and Roger Centre however the exercise was welcome to walk off the extra eating. Cabs were readily available if needed. The bed was comfortable and there was an extra comforter and pillows. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were natural products. Both TVs were new flat screen models. Staff was friendly and helpful.
