The Newly renovated Bond Place Hotel offers 285 contemporary style guestrooms in a variety of configurations. All guestrooms feature plush new beds with white duvet bedding, hardwood floors, LCD tvs, HSIA, Ipod docking clock radios, work table, fridges, coffee makers, hairdryers and spa bathroom. All guestrooms are nonsmoking units.

“"great in a tight spot"”
Loved the hotel. The room is small, but its spot clean with no frills. The only problem I encountered was getting the room key to work in the elevator. Other than that everything went well. Great for the price and definitely plan on returning there.

I chose the hotel for convenient downtown location, thinking I would sacrifice comfort and decor. This is a really comfortable and snazzy hotel! the decor is modern and comfortable, the staff was really friendly and the cost very reasonable. Best three-star I've been at in a long while. would recommend to friends as a relly good deal. Bob
“Great base camp for a stay in Toronto”
Bond Place is a clean affordable hotel in a great location. The location is near great shopping and nightlife. Americans may find the rooms small, but this did not bother me since all I did was sleep in it. There is too much to see to stay in your room at the hotel in Toronto. The bathrooms were great and the staff at the Bond are very friendly. I would stay here again.
“Very Small, Not what I expected”
Very small room. cramped. Kind of dark and dingy. Great price and location for what we needed it for. One minute walk from the Eaton Center...parking ramp is across the street.
“vrey convenient in the heart of downtown toronto at a great price”
The hotel is very well located if you need to be in and about downtown Toronto and the price is great. The staff is very helpfull. The hotel is very close to the Eaton center. The hotel is clean. Downside: the beds are horrible and the HVAC is very noisy. Yet, if I had to go back to Toronto on a budget, that is where I would go.

Hi, Been to this hotel for two nights. The room is very small and no breakfast or WI Fi. That was a big disappointment. Overall is a nice hotel close to everything in downtown so you save money in transport. Guess I would go back again just for the great location. :)
“City Centre Hotel”
Went for a conference. Stayed in Queen room with Internet. Very clean. Small room, but everything was designed such that it didnt feel small. The room had a Queen bed, desk, Flat screen TV, Fridge, closet, plenty of storage space for my 3 bags. Sleek trendy room. Great location (right behind Yonge-Dundas Square) Steps to TTC, Eaton Centre, Theatre, and tons of restaurants. Its true the elevators could use an upgrade, but all in all, this was a great hotel at a great price.
