What an amazing hotel. The rooms were huge and really well appointed and the hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast was also excellent. The setting is also beautiful surrounded by vineyards and farm land.

I always dreamt of having this kind of experience, sleeping in a historical building. On top of that, there is a swimming pool, excellent breakfast and dining experience, and the place itself is like a museum. It's not too far from Salamanca which makes it also ideal for visiting it and then going back to relax in the room.
