Pool area needed some cleaning, and the pool water could have been warmer, the kids got cold fast. the staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and had everything we needed. the breakfast was good, lots of choices.

Conveniently located near highway, easy parking, quiet, clean. Comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in room; no hangers or iron. Coffee and hot water in lobby. Paid up front through Expedia, but when I arrived there was an additional incidental charge (refunded upon checkout, but unexpected). Stayed overnight less than 8 hours, so did not try out gym or pool. Nice stay!

Was given a room on first floor, which was under construction. Impossible to access lobby through hotel, floors littered with waste, work went on until 10:00 pm and started back up at 7:00. When tried to complain the next morning, staff at desk wouldn’t give me manager’s name, and no individual was listed on business cards.

Winter is coming.
I travel to Maumee for work at least once a month for a few days and consistently choose Hampton Inn for my stay. Aside from its convenient location, and a very nice breakfast, I love the pool facilities. My most recent stay was for 4 days, but there was no body lotion in the room dispenser. Housekeeping should make a point to check those, especially in the winter months. Still a lovely place to stay. Thanks.

Our room was clean and comfortable would have preferred a hinged door for bathroom since the barn style door did little to block the noise and was tricky to open occasionally and was noisy. The location was perfect for our trip. After a busy day I would have liked to return to hotel to watch some television but the choice of channels was paltry and there was no guide to find out what was on so you had to keep flipping channels. I would have loved to tried the indoor pool and hot tub but there wasn’t time in our schedule

Great personal service upon arrival: We had some initial difficulty with the TV channels, the front desk manager immediately went directly to the room and resolved the issue. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast area very nice, standard hotel breakfast, server lady nice and kept food items stocked. Only issue keeping from 5 rating was Saturday morning cold water shower experienced by all hotel guests probably because of high usage at that time.

I paid for 3 queen accessible rooms and called ahead to try and get connected rooms or close together. One of us was put in a King room and the front desk clerk told me with disdain she had no idea what I paid for since I used Expedia, as if Expedia was less than. I think they gave us broken down rooms, far from one another, because we used Expedia. I sat for over an hour not noticing my phone was on a broken usb and we had to troubleshoot that our elderly companion had dead batteries in her remote and then wait for them to find the batteries. I had to put up with pranksters using the hearing impaired bell for my room.

It's my Go-To hotel in NW Ohio.
I always stay here when I'm near Toledo. Easily once or twice a month. The pool is huge and the breakfast is always chock full of good options.

I was on my return home from picking up my newly adopted dog and need a place that was pet friendly. This was the perfect place to be. Easy to get to from the Interstate and an easy walk or drive for any needed items. The front desk was extremely accomdating to the needs of my dog knowing of her recent hip surgery. I was a bit shocked of the additional $75 fee for having her with me. I must have missed the fee within the reservations fine print but was well worth it. The room and building is fairly new and maintained well. I definitely recommend staying here.
