The beds were comfortable and the room was fine. The pool was so cold we couldn’t swim. There were people partying loudly in the rooms and halls until after 4am and nothing was done.

The door locking mechanism on all the doors of the hotel was broken. So every time we left and came back we had to get a new activated key. However we were not told this until our second night there that that was what was going on. Is very annoying and inconvenient to have to go all the way back downstairs when you're tired and just want to go to bed. We asked for a light bulb in a room in one of the lamps that did not have one twice and never got one. We also had to ask for a plunger while we were there because the toilet got backed up and the shower drained extremely slowly. On the other hand was the very nice, kind, friendly breakfast hostess. She went out of her way to make things clean and stocked. Also, the housekeeping staff were extremely nice and very busy doing their jobs!

When i booked online the total price was 110, when i got to the hotel and paid the total price was 110. But at 4:30am the hotel charged my card another $20. I asked the front desk what was this for. The lady told that my room was more expensive than it was listed and $20 they took from me in the middle of the night was to make up the difference

Only so-so
No so good, when I came in to check in I waited 10 minutes and then called the hotel before I saw any employees. The computer system was down and I had to work between terminals. The breakfast was very underwhelming, no fresh fruit, not many choices.
