The chic moderness, and the maunmee river view. The rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice too! The breakfast options was very good and healthy options too!

There was some kind of gel stained along the side of the tub. The heights restaurant had no cream for the coffee. They said they ran out. The front desk just assigned us a handicap room for my fiancé who is 6ft. Never even asked us if we were okay with that. I asked about the breakfast but was never told we needed to make a reservation. Majority of the staff never went above their job of checking us in to make sure we knew what we should know especially when I asked about the room and breakfast. I would not stay here again. The only positive thing was our waitress Jada. She was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Value: the hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are a little outdated. Not sure they looked like they should for one of the most expensive rooms in the area. Room: Double queen suite. Small bathroom. Large square footage but weird layout. No microwave. Comfortable sleep though. Even the pullout in living room was good. Staff: the best part. very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was smiling. Fast valet service Other: area felt kind of isolated (no convenient stores or stuff to do nearby. Nice rooftop area with view and bar. Overall, not sure it’d be my first choice when we come back to Toledo, but it wasn’t a bad experience.

I wish there was onsite parking. The front desk staff was very nice and I appreciated his help. There is no drugstore close by, so a few additional items in the self-serve market would be great. There is no walkable place to go, and we had to instacart some contact solution.

Location is good for events at the Glass Center or the Huntington Center. The room was nice and clean, beds good, no problems. The restaurant at the 12th floor was busy that Saturday evening so we ordered food from it as room service. It arrived in about 30 min as promised, but the quality was bad. The "Rib Bits" appetizer was utterly disgusting, I'm not even sure what those clumps of sauce covered blobs in the box were. It came with cold fries. Not a good experience. The staff though were overall really nice.

The food was horrible !!! Service was not good at all. The staff seem like they just don’t care. I didn’t sleep well due to next door guest that were loud all night.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was great and gave us more towels when needed, front desk brought a a b fan that we requested. Only downfall was no pool, but we made the best of it with our kids.

The room was over all disgusting. The blinds and ceiling looked like they had blood splatter. There was mold all over the bathroom. The tub didn’t it drain and sediments would rise out of it while showering. Even the towels and bedding had very visible satins. When address it with the hotel they stated since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could go, not even more us rooms.

I had an excellent experience. The hotel is within walking distance to everything you need. The property is clean and well organized. The check in process was easy and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to any looking to stay downtown.

The hotel was nice and clean! The modern rustic vibe is beautiful! Their in-house restaurant was AMAZING, one of best steaks I’ve ever eaten, as well as fabulous service!
