We stayed four nights. No one came in to make the bed or check on supplies. We ran out of tissues and shower soap. We did get extra towels and coffee when we asked but no one came in to see if we needed anything else. We will not go back.

I picked this hotel because it’s across from BGSU for a college visit on Presidents Weekend. The person checking us in seemed inconvenienced every time I spoke to her as she was trying to eat at a table next to the front desk. When we checked in, she offered no information about the hotel. When we got to our room, there were no blankets for the pull out couch. I went downstairs and the front desk person didn’t get up from where she was eating but told me they were out and she was waiting for some. She didn’t know when they would be here. This was around 7:15. I came back down again around 8:00 because the bedroom was freezing. I had it set to 80 to try and get the heat kicked on, she said to make sure the fire symbol was showing and the heat should come on. I asked again about blankets. She said she still had none. I checked the thermostat and the heat symbol was showing. I had my daughter go down at 9:30 to ask again about the blankets because I was tired of dealing with the front desk person. We finally got blankets. My room never got above 61 degrees the whole stay. I will be staying at another hotel if my daughter chooses to go to BGSU when I come visit.

It would have been nice to have a comforter or heavier blank on the bed. Also maybe considered courtesy plastic bags for dirty laundry. Overall was nice first experience with this brand.

No blankets?
I would have given a 5 star rating but there were no blankets in our room, not even on the bed. (There was some funky thing that looked like a combo mattress pad and bed skirt, but the mattress pad barely covered the top of the mattress only covering 2/3 of the way up from the foot of the bed.) It was late when we discovered this so we just made due. Otherwise, we were pleased with everything.

Had to wait for someone to appear at the desk to check in. Room was clean, but the pillow smelled strongly of some old man sweat. Although told cold breakfast would not be available before 7am, it was. Why was that not known? Also, no weather info or channel on t.v.

We had a very nice stay at Home 2 Suites in Bowling Green! The room and public areas were very clean. The breakfast had everything anyone would want. Staff was friendly and would defiantly stay here again!

Nice visit - will be back!
Enjoyed my visit! Had to attend activities at BGSU so location worked great. The only inconvenience was my room key suddenly stopped working and had to be reset.
