Enjoyed our stay here despite the bed being smaller than we thought for 2 adults and 1 small child. The dual washer and dryer was super helpful and time saving for us since we could throw in a load right before we left to explore for the day. Overall the room was larger than another Tokyu Stay we stayed at in Tokyo and it was clean and comfortable.

Just two things not so good: 1) room entire cleaning only happened 1 time in 1 week, though everyday the garbage can be collected, and towel can be changed. 2) Behind the hotel, there is a famous Japanese god temple. the temple every hour drumming one time even at the mid-night.

This time the room was very small. And there were pigeons on the balcony the whole time making noise and pooping. The heater controls did not work properly. The tv remote control only worked when it was less than 1 meter from the tv. A bunch of little things that were different from the time I stayed there before. A bunch of little things that added up to make the stay less pleasant.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and well-taken care of during our stay. The hotel is located close to public transportation. There are many available restaurants in the area within walking distance. Having a washing machine in the room was convenient.

Excellent value - a very comfortable, large room at a hotel in the exact location I wanted to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Room & Facilities
The Tokyu Stay brand is our default choice when we travel in Tokyo/ Kyoto. In fact, we make it a point to choose a different property for each stay and have tried out dozens of hotels under the brand. While the rooms and facilities of Monzen-Nakacho are great (on-par with other sister properties), the staff are clearly not very attuned to the needs of international tourists and a lot less flexible in their approach. It was a little frustrating for us at first, since we are used to a certain standard of service afforded us by other Tokyu Stay hotels. However, after the initial encounter, things did improve, and the staff did try their best to assist us. Would I stay again? Yes, but there are other sister properties that I rate higher.

Monzen-Nakacho is not very popular with foreign tourists and the staff is not good at speaking English. But I feel that the spirit of satisfying customers is stronger than other Tokyu Stay stores. We look forward to staying with you at Tokyu Stay and Tokyu Stay Monzennakacho.

it is spacious with very reasonable price in tokyo. breakfast included in some package. the breakfast is general and simple. 2-min walking distance to metro station. it is very convenient and high recommended.

I liked the amount of space, check in and check out was smooth process and the freebies at the counter, such as bath sponge or hairbrush which I needed.

One of business hotel style that many of guest is still office worker. But no issue to support foreigners. Restaurant member is kind enough to offer the meal to my colleague first and ask him to bring the coupon from the room later since he forgot to bring it.

Stayed here before. Usually have good value with the Tokyu chain depending on the location. Large room. Only a short walk to 2 subways lines. Mant restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was good. Both western and Asiian food available.

Clean, comfortable, close to metro station on Tozai line. Rooms have a washer and dryer combination, which is very convenient. However, drying the clothes after the washing cycle is completed takes an eternity.

Clean small hotel.
The hotel is located in the old down town area of Japan. It is not well known by tourists, yet local enjoys little stores and restaurants. 4 minutes from Tozai line Monzennaka cho exit. I do no recommend to buy breakfast plan there. There are better places for breakfast all over Tokyo.

Part of the Tokyu Stay chain. Relatively new hotel. 500m walk from the subway station to the hotel. Rooms are spacious as compared to most hotels in Tokyo. Washer/Dryer combo in room along with a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good. Fair selection of things western/Japanese to eat. Staff was helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Smaller AEON supermarket a couple of blocks away. I would stay here again.

My friend and I were lucky enough to get a 3 bedroom room serviced apartment as I can only assume they had run out of two singles so there was a great excess in room which was nice. The beds themselves were great and soft. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the closest station as well as a temple just around the corner about 10 minute walk.

Great hotel in lovely residential area.
I loved my stay in this hotel, I wished I had been able to be here for the whole of my time in Tokyo. It is located in a quiet residential area, with a shrine, park, bar district, huge supermarket, subway, all within a 5 minute walk. The room was a larger size than others I had stayed in, it even had a small dining table and chair. Washer, drier in the room and free laundry wash available. The breakfast was yummy! Staff friendly, will definately stay here next time I am in Tokyo.

Three week Stay in Monzen-Nakacho
We spent 3 weeks here and we were quite happy. It's a convenient neighbourhood and the beds are comfortable. Having a washing machine in the room was a big bonus. Staff speak very little English but that is common in Japan. The room is only cleaned weekly for long stays. Breakfast was not bad but the same every day - get adventurous and have the soup, rice and salads instead of the runny scrambled eggs!

Very Cozy & Friendly
The room was clean and the staffs are very friendly. They provide various free amenities, which came very handy. You have several temples and shrines within just a minute walk. Nice, cozy surroundings and good accessibility from Tokyo central station (Otemachi), and the rate is quite reasonable considering all above condition.

The room was nice and cozy with variety of amenity goods. I did not have breakfast in the morning but the coupon can be used until the end of March next year. I am definitely going to choose this hotel next time I visit this neighborhood.

東京メトロの門前仲町駅から近く、周辺も東京も下町らしく小さくてローカルなお店が多いです。お部屋が大通りに直接面していないので、夜は騒音もなく静かに休めると思います。スタッフの方も皆様親切で、キビキビと動いでいらっしゃる印象でした。
