My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. We even received a free upgrade and were able to check in early. Our room also didn't disappoint as we had an incredible view of the Tower and everything was so spacious. The only complaint I had would be the wait time to get into the Stellar lounge. We wish we knew that you would have to queue and can't just walk in... Other than that, we loved our little luxury stay and taking in the views!
Property was very good - felt safe, walkable(5-10mts) to train stations, taxis easily available at the property, hotel has good amenities, friendly staff, walkable to tokyo tower. Staff were extremely kind and polite and greeted guests with so much respect. Overall super happy with the stay.
Our room was ready several hours early. The staff were exceptionally obliging and attentive. A stunning property right next to the Zojoji temple and the Tokyo Tower
We got the VIP upgrade for this hotel. It included a private lounge, white glove car service, and the room was so large and spacious with an amazing panoramic view of Tokyo Tower. It was an amazing experience!
Beautiful location near Tokyo tower; highly recommend opting for a room with a view! Super walkable and safe surrounding location. Staff was superb and the restaurants inside of the property are excellent.
Excellent high class hotel. Absolutely beautiful with restaurants, shops and park. The gym equipment is outdated and disappointing. They have you pay extra everyday to use outdated equipment! Also, it’s not in a very convenient spot for walking to restaurants or shops. It’s location by the Tokyo tower is good, but that’s the only thing nearby.
Everything was perfect. We had an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. We didn’t know we’d get a little balcony so that was a nice surprise. We also didn’t know we’d get a shower and a bathtub with jacuzzi jets! That was fantastic! The room fit three people very comfortably. The staff was exceptional. Room service was great. Food was a 10/10 there was a huge spread for breakfast options but the little fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit were the star of the show! Not to mention another great view of the tower while enjoying breakfast. There was a bowling alley at the facility also. Overall very luxurious and worth every penny. I’ll always recommend this hotel
Very nice hotel but had a lot of problems for a 5 star hotel at this price.
First room I got smelled liked smoke. I don’t smoke and dislike the smell.
Room service. Tried to order room service and could not. Called 3 times. Nobody picked up.was 8 pm. Hotel is not that crowded. Never experienced this in my life. Also the way way the menu works is awful. You scan a code to go look at a very hard to read document.
They moved my room and all was well u til I tried to go to sleep. The bed is hard as a rock. Every part of my body that was on the bed was uncomfortable. Hard to believe a hotel that is this nice.
Very frustrated and will it stay here again.
I booked a suite which had a killer view. Windows across the entire length of the suite. Large space all around. Reception staff is plenty and kind. I only experienced two negative issues. There was a very large hairball in the room.
Skylounge seemed very busy at the entrance. I was great with a number to wait. Many tourists that are not hotel guest seems to frequent so they can be pushy and carry all their luggage with them.
I was asked to wait what would be 35 min for a single seat at the bar for a drink. I began to get impatient so I asked if I could take a look to see if it was even something I wanted to patron. I quickly noticed there was only a single person at the entire bar which had at least 20 empty seats. So I return to wait for my seat for another chuck of time. I have one sake. The total time for this was 2,5 hrs and I have now only one choice at this hour to drive to a busier park of the city to look for food which I made by 15 min. I don’t know why they made me wait but it was completely unnecessary and took op most of my night and I only had two in Tokyo. Please don’t make VIP guests wait for no reason.
They provided a limousine airport ride free of charge to make up for this.
No better than this for a perfect Tokyo Tower view, but other than that the hotel is quite old and many facilities are not the most modern kind.
I stayed at the premium floor but the lounge service ends at 10pm only, so depends on what you plan for your trip you can consider if you want the premium floors or not
It was an amazing experience and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was quite central and very safe. The room was clean and they gave me a free upgrade. The views were stunning and I have nothing but great things to say about it and would absolutely come back.
Special shout out to Amy and Jo, the concierges for doing such a great job helping me.
We stayed at the Prince Park Tower for our first 3 nights in Tokyo and overall enjoyed it .
The public facilities are all first class , as was the service on arrival .
We had a tower view room which was wonderful , especially at night .
There are 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walk which was great but on the downside there really aren’t any dining options close by other than the hotel restaurants so it’s a metro ride to most restaurants.
Perhaps the 2 biggest disappointments were the room itself which while dry nicely appointed really isn’t 5 star and perhaps the biggest was the lack of in hotel dining options .
The breakfast buffet was the only option for breakfast and while it’s apparently very good neither my wife or I eat much more than a light fruit and yogurt style meal so the buffet doesn’t make sense and the
“ Boulangerie “ doesn’t open to 10. .
Still overall a great stay and wound definitely go back again the next time we are in Tokyo
It was a beautiful Hotel unbelievable views I would go back on the next visit if they don’t charge the hotel residence gym n pool n spa fee . I couldn’t believe it that they charge for the gym n pool
Staff excellent. Restaurant- Chinese, very good. Wi-Fi nearly nonexistent. A little tired rooms. Gym - worst I have come across in a hotel of this standard. Pool is very dilapidated. But provided you don’t need a gym and aren’t trying to work in your room - good hotel for the price.
