Great location in prime spot in Ginza area. The hotel was super clean and walkable to public transportation and tons of shopping. Would stay again when I come back to Tokyo.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The check-in process was a bit difficult due to the language barrier and the automated kiosks. I was very thankful for the staff and their help in explaining the hotel check-in procedures etc.

It is very convenient to transport. There are many subway lines near the hotel and it is also not too far from Tokyo station if you would like to take shinkansen going somewhere else.

The location is close to Hibya station and it’s very easy to get around many Tokyo locations easily. Within walking distance there are many shops selling a variety of items and there are numerous options for dining, quick bites or high end dining. There is a Family Mary nearby to pick up snacks in the early morning before you start your day of exploring. The rooms are Tokyo small, but its serves its purpose. Personally I don’t come to Tokyo to stay in my hotel room. Another nice touch is the massage chairs in each room, the chairs are a little small, but in 6 foot 1, so take that into consideration, I’m sure the average Japanese person would find the chair’s size adequate. Nearby there is a movie theatre and mall with a decent food court. The staff at the hotel spoke English fluently enough to assist in all matters. I would stay at this hotel brand again and this location in the future. Ginza is an area of Tokyo know for high end shopping, you will find many designer shops a short walk away. The fish market is also a short walk or train ride away to get your fresh seafood fix.

The room offers a massage chair, albeit, tiny for anyone over 5 feet. Not a huge fan of a window in the shower but it's a business hotel so functionality is more important. Location was very convenient and everything is in walking distance. Not a bad place to stay for the price.

Great Staff and Great Hotel
They were so pleasant and helpful when I had questions. I forgot something in my room after I checked out and they got me in right away! They are a 7 minute walk from Ginza station and if you need to get the Limo Bus to either Airport they are a 3 minute walk from a pickup point. They are 5 minute walk from the major shopping streets! They have no coin laundry but there are a couple options about 15 minutes walk away or they can do it in house for a fee. For the area, they are incredibly affordable and the massage chair in my room was wonderful after a long day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Tokyo.

We book it for the Massage Chair. We like it which is better than expectation. The hotel is apparently older than our expectation, they try to keep it nice, cleanliness can be improve. However location is good. We appreciate the staff serve us immediately.

Location really excellent but room quite small for two people. Fortunately we had little luggage but would be a problem for anyone with large suitcase as no place to put it. Could use some more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Shower was great

We had been staying in this hotel for 4 nights and with the price that you’re paying, it’s actually bang for the buck. It’s conveniently situated near both the underground and JR station AND it’s located in Ginza which is one of the expensive locations in Tokyo. The size of the room and cleanliness is acceptable with the price that you’re paying. The room comes with a massage chair where you could get a simple foot massage after the everyday walking. Just one simple thing to note is that the hotel is located near the train track and you would be able to hear the train running in your room. We were assigned on the 18/F however we could still hear the faint noise but it doesn’t bother us a lot considering the convenient location and price.
