A great hotel in a convenient area. There are about 4 subway stations within a 15 min walk so you can easily get to anywhere in Tokyo and even Japan from here. Although, I'd recommend getting a map from the hotel staff to the stations as it is a bit confusing getting oriented once you leave the hotel. Being next to the Tokyo Tower is great as when you return at night and get out at a nearby station you can just walk towards the tower. :)
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are quite roomy by Tokyo standards. We had a corner room with a view of the Tokyo Tower that was just amazing. Staff speak quite good English and are extremely helpful. We took day trips to Kamakura/Enoshima and Nikko. Can get to either with just one transfer. Same with airport and can actually do that without a transfer. Very easy and the cheapest way to get around.

"Very cosy stay and definitely enjoying the hotel"
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Being there in the winter, humidifiers were already pre-installed into the room. Spacious bathroom and super awesome bathtubs. It's very closed the Shinagawa station which is one of the main train hubs with shuttle running every 15 minutes. Newly renovated room. I would stay here again definitely.

Service is very good! Location is excellent, if you are traveling by JR or taking the Tokai Shinkansen. Rooms are well lit. The East Tower rooms, bathrooms and especially the bathtubs are tiny. Can't leave your suitcase open or there is no place to walk. If you'd like a roomier stay, you might go with the Grand Takanawa Prince, up the hill. Great free Wi-fi. The Greener Clean service is good if you stay more than two nights. You can opt to not have your room cleaned and they give you a ¥500 coupon which can be used at most restaurants, gift shops and the 7-11 in the complex. Did it every other night. Great value for the price.

We arrived to find out that I had booked us in for one less night than intended. The man at the front desk fixed up our issue with no fuss, organizing to have a triple bed room made up within twenty minutes. The room was spacious and very comfortable, but it was the staff that really made Shinjuku Prince for us. The man that had helped us with the room was a continuous source of help throughout our stay, I wish I had got his name so I could say thank you!

Awesome location, hotel itself is located in a big shopping centre, near Tokyu hands, in less than 5 min walk to main roads of ikebukuro, around 10 min to ikebukuro station, there is limousine bus stop just outside of hotel. There's LAN cable for free access to internet (not that quick).
Rooms are small (but like most accommodation in Tokyo). Housekeeping workers do not speak English, which may lead to some miscommunications here and there.
