Hanasanshou - Traditional Japanese restaurant serving Kaiseki (small, distinct courses served at timed intervals) of seasonal ingredients supplied from a farming family in Kyoto that has been growing vegetables for 400 years. Lunch specialties include Shokado/bento lunch box and mini-Kaiseki course. Dinners include a selection of à la carte items, in addition to kaiseki cuisine and a choice of more than 50 types of shochu (distilled alcoholic drink similar to sake).
The Lounge - Serves coffee, tea, and desserts at small clusters of tables and armchairs in atrium lobby area. Bar menu also available at dinner. Open for all three meals.
