“best big city service anywhere”

The service at this hotel was unbelievable, the views amazing and the food superb. The French restaurant has a Michelin star, but should have more.

the concierge made great recommendations for tempura, robata and sushi restaurants.

“One of the worlds top hotels”

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. An oasis inside one of the worlds most vibrant cities. Clearly one of the worlds top hotels.
