“Small but OK”

My room was small but clean, (except for stains on the carpet). But, I have no complaint (neither my company), since the room rate was less than half of average hotels in Ginza area. It also came with free breakfast, but what a strange combinations….. green salad, potato salad, soup and bread/rolls.

“Good choice”

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small but I suppose that's generally the case in Tokyo. The location is great, a short walk from the Otemachi train station and the Imperial Palace.

Area recommendations

Akihabara and Shibuya to see the fast-moving side of Tokyo. Asakusa to see the quieter, older side.

“Best choice if you look for an affordable accomodation in Tokyo.”

Easy to get from Tokyo station only 6 blocks, and also subway is only two blocks from Hotel. Good option for an affordable stay in Tokyo. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included small to be considered buffet, but no complains. Staff was extremely friendly. Internet was free at reception.

Area recommendations

Chiyoda Ku. Near all transports and attractions.

Food prices can be compared with Europe. No so expensive as I supposed.

- relatively new hotel. - about 10min from Tokyo central train station by foot; so one can avoid the rush hour in the morning by walking to the station. - breakfast buffet rather limited

“Tres bel hotel dans le quartier des affaires”

Tres bel hotel, chambre propre, petit déjeuner correct. Hotel dans le quartier des affaires donc un peu éloigné des endroits animés mais c'etait quand même tres bien. Le palais impérial est à 10 min à pied, la station de mtéro à 5 min à pied.

“Villa Fontaine Otemachi hotel Tokyo”

Buon albergo per single che viaggiano per affari. Un po' meno per turisti, specie se si è in coppia. La nostra camera era molto piccola e il letto matrimoniale stretto. inoltre era addossato al muro. Dovendo scegliere questo hotel è meglio prendere due letti separati. Buona la colazione anche se senza grande scelta, da consumare nell'ingresso stesso dell'hotel.

In aprile piove molto, meglio maggio inoltrato anche se non si vede la fioritura dei ciliegi.

Dining

Cibi eccellenti e variati. Sono comunque disponibili tutte la cucine del mondo. Io ho mangiato solo giapponese.

“Hotel Villa Fontaine Otemachi: proche de Tokyo station, plutôt pratique pour Narita Express”

Hôtel très pratique, avec internet gratuit dans les chambres, et petit dejeuner inclus. Le service est très bien et le personnel très disponible.

Area recommendations

Il faut prendre le métro à Kanda station, tout proche, et après beaucoup de choses se font à pieds: le palais impérial est à 15 minutes à pieds.

Getting there

facilement depuis Tokyo station.
