This hotel provides good value in Tokyo, esp. with the free breakfast included. The location isn't the best, but it is near a metro stop and the TCAT terminal so fairly handy for access. Service is friendly and efficient.

“Recommendable Hotel in Tokyo”

Hotel is conveniently located with train connections nearby; staff helpful and friendly. Hotel is located near the Tokyo Air Terminal where one can exchange currency or take the bus to Narita airport. Overall my 2 days stay was worth the money I paid for the hotel. Booking through expedia helped get me a good rate.

This hotel was very comfortable, although rooms are small as all are in Tokyo. Excellent value for money, breakfast is simple but enough... Staff are friendly & have enough English to help you if you don't speak Japanese. Location is good for the business district however it is still good for sight seeing too. We stayed here as we have friends who live in this area! Right on the Hanzoman train line which is direct to Shibuya. Also two other train stations nearby on other lines that are within 5-10 minute walk. Convenient to other places- Harajuku, Ginza, Roppongi, Tsukiji fish markets, Shinjuki, Imperial Palace & many other gardens & shrines. Only a train or two train ride away.. It is 200 metres from TCAT station which is a limousine bus service from Narita airport,

“Excellent!”

This is a great hotel! Staff is very friendly, they provide awesome service, their complimentary breakfast is delicious although not very varied… The room was very small, but I guess that is to be expected of any hotel in Tokyo. We would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend it.

“Great Value for Money and Great location!”

Our stay in the Villa Fontaine Hakozaki was really beyond our expectations. We were looking a budget hotel, in a convenient location and looking at the reviews we came up with this. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and it was the best choice, for sure. Extremely convenient location: just 2 min walk from the metro station from where 2 very central metro lines pass. You can be in every major city point within 10min ride. The room and especially the bathroom was so clean. The standards have nothing to do with Europe or USA. Breakfast was really really basic and this was the only flaw but i think that you can't expect more. The location is great and quiet. There are a couple of restaurants around. The best was the Korean Barbeque 2 blocks away. Ask the reception for a full map with all the restaurants. In total we had a great time and we strongly believe this was the best value for money hotel we ever stayed at.

“Immaculately Clean, Extremely Friendly and Conveniently Located”

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Hakozaki. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was immaculately clean, the room was small but extremely functional and the Hotel is in a convenient location, close to the Subway. The breakfast was included in our room rate, making it great value. (please note: the beds are hard, so if you like a soft bed, perhaps it won`t suit).

“Affordable hotel in Tokyo”

We get the room at a very attractive rate from Expedia.com. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Weekend the area is quiet because it is located at the business district. However, you still can get foods, 24 hours shops and metro station are in walking distance.

“Perfect location in Tokyo”

Perfect location, Extremely friendly staffs, clean and nice room. It has everything you wish for in Tokyo. The mattress was pretty hard but it is quite normal in Japan. I wish they had more varieties in breakfast menu but what they served was pretty good already. I am staying here next time.

“Hôtel Villa Fontaine HAKOZAKI en famille”

Hôtel simple, propre et très calme situé à 1minute de la station de métro Suitengumae (Z10) Nous avions 2 chambres mitoyennes mais non communicantes pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 & 10 ans. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles et sentaient le tabac ! Petit déjeuner buffet dans le hall de l'hôtel avec forte affluence le week-end. Quelques commerces à proximité (Seven Eleven - supérette, Poste,...) mais peu de restaurants. Personnel agréable mais ne maîtrisant pas vraiment l'anglais.
