"Great apartment, convenient location"
Arrived in Tokyo early, staff were very helpful, let us leave our bags with them so we could explore before check in, they then drove us and our bags to our apartment and showed us around, excellent service. Apartment was great, very comfy and very clean. Someone came to clean and replace bedding/towels every four days which was fine for us. Wifi worked perfectly as did the television.

"Nice hotel close to train station/shopping areas"
Friendly staff who can speak English well. Small double room but clean and tidy with WIFI free. Washroom is spacious. Breakfast buffet at 1500 yen each in Park Street restaurant which was very nice with various selections of Japanese and Western food. The design and sitting area in Park Street is very comfortable and pretty.

"Everyone should experience this hotel at least 1x"
I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is by far the finest hotel experience I've ever had (and I've stayed in other luxury hotels elsewhere in the world). My praise extends to the room, which is packed with amenities both big and small that make you feel like a king/queen. As an example, the curtains that go up/down at a touch of a button (located at your bedside) that open onto your stunning view of Tokyo (awesome day and especially night). My praise also extends to the staff who are so attentive and friendly. Regardless of their designated title, they helped respond to my requests quickly and eagerly. They welcomed me when I came back to the hotel and wished me a good day as I departed. The staff truly cared about me and what I wanted. The Cantonese restaurant had tasty food (even the tea menu was amazing), and the staff were just as attentive and caring. This was truly an amazing experience. That's why I titled the review as everyone should experience this hotel at least once. Chances are, though, that you'll want to experience it many times after that.

"Exclusive hotel"
Great hotel with amazing levels of service. This was our second visit and we were given a room on the 26th floor so we had a great view of the parliament buildings and the Tokyo skyline. The hotel is easily accessible with the subway which you can access from floor B2. We didn't eat in the hotel but there are many options should you want to. There's a Starbucks in the adjoining Sanno building which is handy. Would definitely stay again!

"Close to train station, very well kept"
Anyone travelling to Tokyo should be prepared for small rooms. That being said, Tokyo Green Palace has very nice rooms and a friendly staff, most of whom speak English very well.

"Nice to come back to after a day out and about."
We found Citadines Shinjinku to be the perfect place for us - well located and a welcome return after a long day out touring the sights of Tokyo. The room was always clean and well stocked with shampoo etc., the staff were always friendly and helpful with our booking of transport back to the airport. There are enough 7/11 type places close by to stock up on food if you want to heat or cook something in your room. But enough restaurants around to cater for all budgets. It is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro train station. I would happily stay here again and would happily recommend it.

"Close to stations, shopping, and restaurants. "
I chose this place due to other good reviews on expedia. As a female, I had some concerns about safety, but once I got there, I had no issues. I'm glad I chose this hotel which had a good (monetary) deal that includes breakfast, ideal location, nightly ramen, and friendly/accommodating staff although there was some trouble with communication (english skills of the staff is minimal and my japanese skills is nonexistent). The room itself is small, but I expected that since most hotel rooms in Tokyo are small unless you pay over $300 a night. As an American, the rooms are tiny, but for 1 person, totally acceptable. 2 people sharing would be a tight squeeze. Everything in the room is in japanese with some english translation.
