“top choice”

very grand hotel. top of the range, supoerb location and perfect for accessing Tokyo's main shopping areas and sightseeings. also good for Haneda airport

“Very good, affordable hotel!”

Quick check-in, friendly staff (even though their English is terrible, even at hotels :). Room was clean and tidy, but I didn't have the nice views people are talking about (Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba...). It's a small room but very comfortable, good mattress, good quality pillows... Small fridge and kettle are also included. I've stayed at the Dai-Ichi in Shimbashi before and that one is on another league, but I would definitely stay at the Seafort again. Downside is the location, not too far away from the mainland but you have to spend an extra 400 yen every time you come and go (with the Tokyo Monorail).
