From the moment of my arrival from Narita to my departure the service and quality of the staff was excellent. They made my stay pleasant and rewarding. The lounge staff was particularly good; their attentiveness and quality of service is befitting of a first class facility. I would definitely stay at the Tokyo Marriott again.
I didnt find it hard at all to find from the station, just cross the road and look for the Virgin Cafe/there is a big sign on the foyer door. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was great, very clean and functional. There is a conbini near by and the ramen place across the road is amazing. Definitely wil return to this hotel

Rooms are spacious compared to the area hotels in Shinagawa and Tokyo.
Convenient access to subway station and to a lot of restaurants.
Very strict on check out time at 11 am.
Very nice comfortable big rooms nd nice facities very ideal for big families nice clean and well lighted barhrooms the staff were very accomodating and understanding they go out of their way to help you
