Great location! The hotel is totally self contained. It has just about everything. Even the traditional Noh theatre.

Top class customer service

Posted 20-Apr-2015
The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like the VIP you deserve to be treated like. They treat everyone as if they are high class. The rooms are gorgeous and modern. The maid service is impeccable leaving not a trace a mess. Everyday felt as if we rechecked into a new room. Bathrooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. Full bathtubs you can completely submerge into (and I'm not a small guy either). Showers had amazing water pressure. Great to turn on the jets and put on the neck or back after a long day of walking around the city. Don't even get me started on the location. Absolutely perfect. Four minute walk to Shibuya station (for people new to Tokyo, you can take the subway to pretty much everywhere in Tokyo from Shibuya Station). Overall, will most likely be returning to the same hotel when I return.

close to the subway dtation

It is 2 mins walk to the Shibuya station which leads you to anywhere im Tokyo. It is on the quiet side of the Shibuya shopping district which makes the hotel quiet for sleeping. Only 5 mins walk to the centre of the famous crossing. The stuff were very nice and speak English. The breakfast buffet was good but pricy. We went. There twice and found the menu were the same every day. It would be nice to change it. There are no place to have breakfast before 9:00am nearby.

Ottima posizione x aeroporto e x visitare

La Limusine bus dall'areoporto Henada ferma proprio all'hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Posted 09-Apr-2015
Very nice hotel the only deficiency I find here is the carpet in the hallways smells a little like older carpet but not in the room. Otherwise everything else is excellent. The hotel even kept my luggage when I was traveling to a different city and my flight back was from Tokyo and I did not have to carry my luggage in the trains. I would not hesitate to come back.

In the hart of the city.

Posted 07-Apr-2015
Pros: The room, The view over this amazing city. The beautiful and friendly staff.
Cons: As above all full marks excellent, the only gripe, the cost of any extra facility, meals drinks very expensive. £ 4.00 for half lager over the top.
Location: The most diverse restaurants and food we have experienced.
We were visiting family and could not have had a better base.

Perfekt läge, utmärkt personal, fantastisk skybar.

Posted 07-Apr-2015

Great location, big rooms, some glitches.

Posted 06-Apr-2015
Cons: Was some confusion about the wireless at first but now it's all free for guests. Also at our check in our smoke-free room was nothing but. But we were transferred to a new room without a fuss. Granted it was above a doggie daycare. So lot of dogs barking. Also, the breakfast is either Japanese or Western and both expensive. Other hotels offer a mix buffet for way cheaper. Pro: great location, nice staff, huge clean rooms.
