Great location and views.

Posted 27-Sep-2014
Pros: The location was very good for, nightlife, shopping and rail links to everywhere in Japan.
Cons: Rooms slightly dated but this did not detract from overall stay.
Location: Shibuya is one of the best parts of Tokyo to be in the centre of.
Great rooms, spacious, comfortable, and fantastic views. All staff very friendly, helpful and professional.

in general everything is good staff is friendly and polite but when i visit the gym they ask to pay a fee to use it, I think that abnormal for a hotel.

Pros: CENTRAL
Cons: THE IN HOUSE FACILITIES FOR GUESTS
CENTRAL HOTEL WITH NO RELAXATION FACILITIES, WE ENQUIRED RE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND WAS INFORMED THAT A CHARGE OF 2240 YEN PER PERSON FOR A SWIM WAS REQUIRED VERY DISAPPOINTING HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR A SWIM IN A 4-5 STAR HOTEL

A very mediocre experience.

Posted 03-Jul-2014
Pros: The hotel and rooms are very nice and the location is very convenient to transportation.
Cons: Incidental services could be included and the staff could be better schooled in English.
Location: Very central location and great access to transportation.
The hotel and rooms are very nice. The downside is that the hotel charges for every incidental such as printing a boarding ticket, internet, etc. The room service and restaurants are grossly overpriced and the food is less than mediocre. When one considers a hotel that charges more but includes other services and services at an affordable price there are many other options.

Get the royal treatment

Posted 27-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
It is common knowledge that Asian countries have amazing hospitality and this hotel did not disappoint. The warm welcome and continuous greetings makes you feel like a celebrity or apart of the royal family. I'm African American and I felt just as welcome (contrary to what some might assume about travelling out of the country) and I wish I could've stayed longer.

wonderful hotel in Shibuya

Posted 27-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
A centrally located hotel in Shibuya with amazing views, a silent and very large room and great facilities. We were lucky enough to have a corner room which has an amazing view of all Tokyo from the room and also from the bath tub. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to Tokyo. Only downside is that internet and wireless lan are paying extras although still reasonable at around 10 dollars. The hotel is at less than 5 minutes walk from the station so taking the train or metro is never a problem.
