Gym have to pay?

Posted 18-Jul-2014
in general everything is good staff is friendly and polite but when i visit the gym they ask to pay a fee to use it, I think that abnormal for a hotel.

CENTRAL HOTEL

Posted 12-Jul-2014
Pros: CENTRAL
Cons: THE IN HOUSE FACILITIES FOR GUESTS
CENTRAL HOTEL WITH NO RELAXATION FACILITIES, WE ENQUIRED RE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND WAS INFORMED THAT A CHARGE OF 2240 YEN PER PERSON FOR A SWIM WAS REQUIRED VERY DISAPPOINTING HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR A SWIM IN A 4-5 STAR HOTEL

A very mediocre experience.

Posted 03-Jul-2014
Pros: The hotel and rooms are very nice and the location is very convenient to transportation.
Cons: Incidental services could be included and the staff could be better schooled in English.
Location: Very central location and great access to transportation.
The hotel and rooms are very nice. The downside is that the hotel charges for every incidental such as printing a boarding ticket, internet, etc. The room service and restaurants are grossly overpriced and the food is less than mediocre. When one considers a hotel that charges more but includes other services and services at an affordable price there are many other options.

Premium feel hotel, very close to Shibuya station

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Cons: I don't know if this is the norm for Tokyo/Japanese hotels but I'm surprised that at this price point there was no free WiFi or breakfast.
Location: It is about 5 minutes walk from the west exit of Shibuya Station, so it's really easy to get to, and central to go to other things in the area.
We decided to stay here on our last night in Tokyo, after having been to Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima on the bullet train for the past 4 days. When we walked it we were greeted warmly by staff and all our luggage was taken care of by the porters. The room itself may be on the pricey side but offers an amazing view of the Tokyo skyline. Well worth it if you can afford to splurge out. Service was impeccable.

Awesome experience. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. I only wish there was no charge for using the swimming pool other than that I can't think of any recomendation or issue.

Great Hotel and Location

Posted 30-May-2014
Pros: Luxurious and clean
Cons: Offer free water and internet. More english tv channels that are not dubbed in Japanese.
Location: Restaurants, shopping.
Shibuya was a great location to be at. There were plenty of things to do in Shibuya, and it was near Shinjuku, the popular tourist area. The subway was nearby, so I was able to utilize that easily as well.

Great Ritzy Hotel

Very nice hotel. Staff was great. Has a few restaurants, but they are very expensive. Shibuya station is a 5 minute walk away, but the hotel is located uphill from the station and you have to take stairs or an elevator to get across the freeway. This can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or are with elderly people. I guess you can get a taxi but for such a short distance its kinda a waste. Shibuya has trains and subway that service the station and you can get the Narita express to and from so it makes it convenient for arriving and departing at the beginning and end of the trip. It wasn't my favorite neighborhood. I like Ginza, Rappongi, and the area next to the Omotesando station which is still considered Shibuya.
