“Fantastic Hotel.”
Top Tokyo Hotel. Can't fault it.
“Excellence in shibuya”
This is a great hotel. Excellent staff, great location. It is very easy to get to other parts of the city from shibuya. There is a great grocery stories the basement of the train station wi excellent food and a great selection of wine. The only down side of the hotel isn't they only have wireless in the business center and they charge 525 yen for 15 minutes! They have access in the room with cable connection but charge 1025 yen for 24 hours just like in the us. Wireless is very hard to find in Japan so be prepared to make other arrangements.
“Supreme value”
I've stayed here a number of times over the past four years. Always supremely good value. Last time, I happened to meet several band members from Motley Crue - no dinosaur celebrities this time, but still highly recommended.
“Cerulean Tower Hotel stay.”
I recieved a very rude check-in; Other than that, my stay was wonderful.
“Awesome hotel”
I've stayed here many times, always great. The rooms are very nice, and the service is always 100% excellent!
“Great Stay”
From arrival to departure, the hotel was terrific. Great service, clean, great location. Staff command of English is exceptional, making it easy for the non-Japanese traveler to feel comfortable.
“Superb location, excellent value”
I've stayed here about half a dozen times over the past three years, and still rank it very highly. The rooms are large and the service is outstanding. The hotel is about a block away from a major train & subway station, making mobility very easy. The main local attraction is ample shopping but also an abundance of eateries, all within 4-5 block radius.
“Huge rooms for Tokyo”
We booked a deluxe room which was very spacious and had a luxurious corner bathroom with a large picture window - check out the room floorplans on the hotel's website. The location 5 min walk to Shibuya rail and subway stations and the world famous Shibuya Crossing is excellent with great local Japanese bars and reasonably priced restaurants tucked into the surrounding side streets. We had two teenage girls with us and they loved the shopping nearby. Front of house, concierge and porter were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. Housekeeping service was super efficient. My only suggestion is that the hotel needs a few more seats in the main lobby and should offer free in room WiFi or, at the very least in the public areas. Most of the hotel staff spoke very good English.
“Best place to stay in Tokyo”
We just returned from a quick stopover in Tokyo from our recient trip to the Philippines. We stayed in Tokyo for 5 days and it was the most amazing city that we have ever been to. The hotel we perfect right new the action of Shibuya which is the subway station for the inner Tokyo city loop. Perfect place to stay as vereyting was accessable and the Shibuya area was great to hang out in at night. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very modern and spacious not to mention the amazing views. I can't wait to visit there again!!!
“Overall good location and reasonable hotel, but customer service needs improvement”
Staff at the reception was not very polite and friendly. They put me in a smoking room instead of non-smoking as requested claiming that this room is non-smoking. I felt a smell of smoke and found a sign in the room "Please refrain from smoking in the bed" that eliminated my doubts. I talked to another person at the reception and within minutes front manager came and apologized and moved me to executive non-smoking room ten floors higher. I also got free internet in my room. This was a free upgrade and executive rooms are much nicer with more impressive views. Hotel location is great. Shibuya area around is fantastic with lively young crowds in all days. Easy to go anywhere once you figure out the subway system. Seven eleven store is nearby and cash machine that accepts foreign cards is around the corner - check with concierge since Japanese ATM's do not recognize foreign cards. Overall good location and reasonable hotel, but customer service needs improvement and lack of wireless internet is a bummer. Stay at executive rooms
