Very proximate to Shibuya shopping district and train station. Great launch point for your Tokyo adventures. Wish the hotel had some casual dining options, but not expected for a nice hotel.

A 5 star hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, a 5 minute walk to shibuya station. Rooms were very clean. Beds were little small for a family of four, but we pushed both beds together and managed. Very nice hotel, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel as well as the hotel itself. Our rooms were very modern, roomy and nice. We also appreciated free drinks in the fridge with sodas as well as some Japanese tea drinks with beer. We’d definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Could not fault the hotel. Area around Shibuya is under construction so access to JR station was a bit more convoluted. Views from higher floors are superb and breakfast from 35th floor restaurant was a delight. Staff were as good as it gets - very kind and proactive without being fussy. Bathroom spacious and well finished in granite, and the separate walk-in wardrobe/storage area was appreciated. Treat yourself - you only live once.

Hotel was clea, staff were friendly and the view from the room was great! That being said - the location isn't the best since it is across a major street from the core part of Shibuya and requires a good 10 minute walk to get to the core area. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice but In need of a makeover. Our double bed was the smallest we have slept in. Was more like a king single. No USB connection that you would expect from a five star hotel. The view was great of the Tokyo skyline. Overall it was a nice hotel but a bit old for the price we paid.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed with. Was disappointed that my room rate did not include access to the pool. Was not aware that such access came at a premium.
