“Have stayed at this hotel at least five times,”
The location of this hotel is terrific, no matter what the weather, since it is right across the street from numerous subway lines. If you want to grab a quick, inexpensive meal, there are many good, convenient fast food locations in the small streets across the street from the hotel.
“Enjoyed My Stay!”
A great hotel to stay while in Tokyo. The hotel has a classy appeal and has great room service. Location is also great in that the hotel is near the Metro station and across the street from a lively nightlife and many great eating establishments. There is an American restaurant in the same complex. I will stay again when in Tokyo.
“Great place!”
This was a great place to stay, close to metro stations and there is a shutle that takes you there from the airport and back for a fee. I loved the fact that the rooms had their own private bathroom (make sure you ask for it when booking your room) some hotels I was looking into did not offer this. The rooms are a decent size, small but not as small as others.
“Good quality / Good location”
The hotel is well located and appointed. The rooms were modern, quite roomy (given the norms in Japan) and well maintained. The staff were also extremely helpful. I did have one small criticism with regards to my second stay (I had 2 stays; firstly for 5 nights & then 3 nights). On the first occasion I was on Level 9 and it was quiet and peaceful. The second time I was on Level 6 and it was entirely opposite - booming voices late night & early morning, loud slamming doors and this wasn't a one-off, it happened consistently over the 3 days. It felt like a subway station or perhaps the floor where they put tour groups. Not sure, but not a pleasant experience being rudely awoken at 6am by the rumble of people holding loud conversations outside your room ! There are also some great restaurants just across the road from the hotel; just wander down a couple of laneways to find a broad cross section of Japanese culinary delights. It was extremely well located; a little quieter which is what I'd aimed for as I didn't really want the full-on pace of either Shinjuku or Shibuya ... and it had agreat access to the subway (4 lines).
“First time in Tokyo”
We stayed here for 8days for our 2yr anniversary trip/honeymoon. We accidentally booked a smoking room but we stayed anyways since it was our error. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the area was great and it was right across the street from the subway. Great Ramen shop across the street. The restaraunts at the hotel were a bit pricey but there were other options to choose from around. Mcdonalds across the street if you want something familiar or 7-eleven in lobby for snacks or drinks. Definitely looking forward to coming back. It was definitely my dream trip. Enjoy!!!
“Great choice of hotel”
Hotel was directly across the road from a main subway line which was fantastic for getting around. Staff were extremely helpful and surrounding areas were lovely. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.
“Every year, and then some...”
Rates are on the "high end of the scale" for a 3-star hotel, however, location and services make it worthwhile. "Good Neighbor" status with Disney is an added bonus. If you're looking to utilize the premises and not get out and explore, then a 4 or 5 star hotel should suffice. This place is really a 4.5-star hotel "disguised" as an expensive "3."
“quite modest”
Good but does not have Japanese breakfast
“Superb location, eceptional servie!!!”
My wife and I stayed there for over a week. The location is perfect for business as well as for tourists. Easy access to the subway (across the road), other stations within 2-5 minutes walk. Great restaurants in the area, a couple of british/irish pubs, etc. Shopping mall across the road. 10-15 minutes ride on the Subway to the Tokyo Station. Airport Express drop-off and pick up. The service is excellent. WiFi in the public areas of the hotel. The room had Ethernet cable. The bathrooms are super clean, flat screen TV, large room by Japanese standards...the same size as a nice hotel in US, but much cleaner. Everything looks to be brand new. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks.
“Awesome location,”
The hotel is in an awesome location, a minute away to the subway, various restaurants around the corner. Rooms were fairly large and comfortable, and all the amenities that you would want. No drawbacks here.
